It's a direct replacement part from the manufacturer. It has a really nice grip on the unit right here, very comfortable to use. It's like a rubberized grip, nice comfortable design. And the grip rotates all the way around which makes it easy to use, operate, and control.
Then this portion here, that's all made from a durable steel construction and it has the same powder-coat finishing that the Trailer Valet Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover has on it so it matches up perfectly. Crank on trailer valet works great. Trailer valet is a great way to move my boat around easily. I only wish there was some way to grease chain and life mechanism without taking it all apart. There should be a grease fitting for the lift mechanism. Mine is getting stiff and I have no way to grease it to make it work smoother and easier

This product showed up on time. The quality of the handle appears to be of higher quality than the original.
I bought a used Trailer Valet, and the guy had lost the hand crank, since he only used the drill attachment. This one from eTrailer worked well. I ended up selling my trailer, but the guy was excited to get the hand crank and drill attachment. Having the hand crank made fine maneuvering easier than trying with the drill attachment.
We recently moved and the crank for our Traier Valet went missing. It may turn up someday, but etrailer’s fast response to my order saved the end of our camping season this year! I will definitely bookmark eTrailer for future RV needs.

Was just frantic because we lost the handle to our Trailer Valet, and couldn't see how we could operate our trailer without this tool. My husband was on one computer looking for the handle, and I was on another. Thank you Google for being available and leading us to etrailer.com, and I am so grateful for your site. We went out this morning, and upon our returned a box was on the porch with our ordered item, much less than 24 hours ago; something like 22. My husband couldn't wait, out the door he went, with me trailing behind him, the fit was good, and the handle was much better than the original. The replacement handle I ordered for my trailer valet fits great and the hand grip is more comfortable the the factory grip. I am planning on ordwring another one for a back up in case I misplace or lose the handle.

Solid product. Does the job.
The hand crank had a burr on the inside of the hub which had to be ground down in order for the hand crank to be used. The handle is better than the original.
Service was excellent however the price tag was a little high for a crank handle!
