The lock was a perfect fit and seemed to work well. However, after about 8 month the dead bolt lock broke and the key just spins. This is disappointing as there isn't an alternate lock that would work.
One for the company and five for the item.
The latch was the exact match for the original on my RV - perfect!
I think you have a shipping problem. I didn't pay for premium shipping because where I live there is no fast shipping. However, the item ordered was found, packed, and had a USPS shipping label generated within five hours of receiving the order at 5:48 pm on Feb 8th. Original delivery date was 13 Feb. Checking the tracking number directly with USPS on the 9th indicated they were waiting for the item. And waiting. And waiting. I checked Google Maps and it is a 5 minute drive from your place to the post office in Wentzville. It wasn't until 12 Feb that the USPS received the item and my original arrival date was changed to 16 Feb.
Watched a video as to how to install. Took 10 minutes start to finish. No projects ever go easy! THIS WAS A DREAM! EZ with 1 screw driver. GREAT! THANK YOU!

Colin, I reached out to the manufacturer about the lock locking itself. They had some information to pass along and a few questions to ask. They have had similar feedback before and mentioned that they find that sometimes a person has locked the handle cylinder but the handle lock does not stop the plunger from activating so the door can be opened from the inside normally and can be closed once exiting the RV which then locks the door from operating without unlocking the handle portion. We wanted to ask is 1: Which cylinder is locking, the handle or the deadbolt? and 2: Do the keys operate the locks properly to unlock the unit or to test lock it with the keys?
This was a direct replacement for our entry door lock on our Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser 23FBS. The replacement was easy and the new lock has been working great.
The Global Link device fit nicely into place. Because of my door thickness, I had to use the old screws which were shorter.
The RV entry door lock came today. It was an easy swap for my former lock set of the same type. Six screws to get the old one off and six screws to get the new one in place. the total install time from opening the box to completion was about 10 minutes. It installed easily and works as it should.
I put the lock I got from you in today. Looks good. It's a bit of a tight fit when the door closes. I like it because it is all mechanical, no electronics. The coded one that came with our Lance trailer locked us out, and I had to destroy it and bung up the door to get in.
Only complaint so far, is that it is difficult align the 4 screws that hold the two halves together with their mating holes. Maybe they could make the posts they screw into bigger in diameter and put a guide 'funnel' above the screw holes.

We spent pretty all of this summer traveling with our travel trailer from AZ to Dawson City and back, and the lock worked perfectly.
This lock worked perfect with our Sandstorm 5th Wheel and was very easy to install.
Well, so far so good as expected from etrailer. They are a super company and quality driven. Not much else to say except for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and quality products. Thank you etrailer!

After a year the lock is still performing like new.
Product arrived very quickly. Customer service was very helpful in making a change to the shipping.
Installed, works great!
Handle looks good (function unknown not installed yet) only flaw no installation instructions for a door with no prior latch or a different type of latch.
Order was ready for shipping within a few hours, on a Sunday, which is amazing! The lock was exactly what I needed and easy to install.

The door locks that I bought for my horse trailer are still working perfectly fine. I have never had a single issue with and we installed them ourselves.
My 2017 camping trailer door lock was damaged and after discussing the matter with Emily at etrailer.com I decided to purchase this lock along with several extra keys to another door. Emily was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the products and I received the correct lock and keys in 3 days. It’s been 1 year since I purchased a RV camper door lock and some replacement keys for our camper and we have not had any problems with the door lock or the replacement keys. All is safe with our camper thanks to Emily and etrailer.com.
Keyed Alike is the only way to go. After a year still works great.

Our RV door Latch still works great!! We were so pleased that etrailer had these kits.
Ordered this as a replacement for a loud water pump. Works great, very quiet.
The lock is very good and very easy to install. I asked it to be keyed Alike. I gave the code from the old keys, but they did not hey it alike.
On our original 2 key door locks, the deadbolt lock came out of the door. Wasn’t able to lock the door handle from the inside now with our new door lock assembly our dual lock Works perfectly! Fast shipping! Easy to install. Friendly & knowledable customer service 5 stars. Great Company for your RV needs!! Happy camper again!!

My installation was a snap, thanks to AJ’s video. In fact, my door latch kit slid in easier than AJ’s in the video. A perfect fit!
