  • 16" Dual Wheel For Inner or Outer Mounting
We were not familiar with the term "coin in coin out" but are guessing that you mean the wheel can be used as an outer or inner wheel. If so we have the Dexstar # AM20783 16" Dual Wheel. Steen wheel with 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern and 4.75" pilot hole, powder coated white on a hub piloted design using Dexter Axle # 95188 flange wheel nuts. Select # AM20783 for white finish with 4.88" pilot. If you need a different wheel spec' just email me back with the details.

  • Determining If a 15" Trailer Wheel is Hub Centric Or Lug Centric
I was able to find the Aluminum Hi-Spec Series 6 Trailer Wheel # AM22652B that is 15" in diameter and has a 4.13" pilot hole that may work for your application. First I recommend checking your hub to confirm if you have a hub centric or lug centric hub. If your wheels are held on with tapered Lug Nuts # 12CLN your hub and wheel are lug centric and your pilot hole can be larger. If they are held on with Flange Wheel Nut # 95188 you have a hub centric wheel and hub and will want to ensure...

  • Can Standard Lug Nuts be Used With the Taskmaster TA69VR?
The Taskmaster Provider 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire w/ 17-1/2" Solid Center Wheel - Offset - 8 on 6-1/2 - LR H # TA69VR is designed to be used with and requires the use of flange nuts instead of the standard conical style lug nuts. Typically an 8,000 pound axle will use 5/8"-18 studs as the 1/2"-20 stud will usually denote a hub/drum that will be used on up to a 7,000 pound axle. With that being said, I recommend upgrading your hub/drum to go with this tire and wheel set-up. If you have brakes...

  • Do I Need to Replace My Lug Nuts When Replacing Steel Wheels With Aluminum Wheels
Unless your current steel wheels use a flange wheel nut like the # 95188, you won't need to replace the lug nuts when you switch to the Aluminum Hi-Spec Series 6 Trailer Wheel # AM22652B. With that being said, if your current lug nuts are showing signs of corrosion, you may want to consider replacing them. If you do need to replace your lugs, for 1/2"-20 lug studs I recommend using the Americana Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - Stainless Steel - 1/2"-20 - Qty 1 # AM26NR for 1/2 inch lugs or Chrome...

  • What Are The Torque Specs for 5/8" Lug Studs and Flange Nuts
It looks like you recently purchased some Kodiak Wheel Bolts # K58WB316 and 5/8" flange nuts # 95188 from us, so thank you for being a loyal customer! What you'll want to torque those to will depend on the construction of your wheels and the size of the lug studs. For steel wheels with 5/8" studs and flange nuts you'll want to use 275-325lbs/ft of torque when tightening your lug nuts.

  • How To Use 17.5 Trailer Wheels On a 7K Axle
The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 8-219-18UC3 fits 7K axles and it has a 4.75" pilot with 5/8" studs so it will work with most hub piloted 17.5" wheels like the Provider 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire w/ 17-1/2" Silbrt Mod Wheel part # TS95ZR. The Flange Wheel Nut part # 95188 is also required.

  • Can Trailer With 10,000 lb Axles Switch from 16-1/2 to 17-1/2 Inch Wheels and Tires
Yes, you can switch from 16-1/2 inch to 17-1/2 inch wheels and tires on your equipment trailer with 10,000 lb axles. You just need to make sure the wheels have the same bolt pattern and work with the wheel bolts size of your hub and you're good to go. For example, the Provider 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire with 17-1/2" Silver Mod Wheel # TA95ZR has a 4,805 lb capacity, an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern and needs a hub with 5/8" wheel bolts. • Trailer Wheel Recommendation for Car Hauler that is 17.5 inch Diameter for High Capacity Towing
For the amount of weight you are towing and the mileage you are putting on your trailer you are going to want to go to the larger 17.5 wheel size. The part # TA56VR has a 6,005-lb max load at 127 psi. You'd need to have a hub piloted style hub that uses flange wheel nuts like the part # 95188 and has a bolt pattern of 8 on 6-1/2 inches.

  • Can the Lionshead Steel Dual Wheel # LHHA420 be Used on a 1976 Barth Motorhome with Alignment Ring
The Lionshead Steel Dual Wheel # LHHA420 is an excellent option for a replacement wheel on your 1976 Barth Motorhome. This wheel has a 5-1/2" offset and is hub piloted which means that it centers on the hub and not the lugs. For this application you need a flange wheel nut like part # 95188. What it looks like that alignment rings does it change the wheel from being hub piloted to lug piloted meaning that it centers on the lugs. This wheel has a 4.75" pilot diameter so if it doesn't...

However, you could use the Dexter Flange Wheel Nut - 5/8" # 95188 which has an 18 thread pitch, which has the specs you're looking for, but it is not a locking lug nut. This would be the closest solution that we have available.
