Unlike standard trailer tire tread, which has solid, continuous ribs, the automotive-grade tread on these Provider radials has ribs with breaks. These breaks allow water to run off to the sides. The Provider tread also has sipes. Siping is a process in which thin grooves (or sipes) are cut into the rubber of the tire. The grooves channel water away from the tread so that the tire makes better contact with the road. Both of these features greatly improve traction during wet, snowy, or icy conditions.
Provider radials are constructed with double polyester cords and double steel belts for increased durability and endurance. A protective layer of nylon is wrapped around the steel belts to help prevent tread separation. Provider radials are bake tested - a process usually reserved for automotive tires - to ensure that the rubber holds up over time.
Radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway. The cords on a radial tire are positioned at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel so that they lay across the width of the tire from wheel lip to wheel lip. This construction prevents the cords from rubbing against one another when the tire flexes, unlike the cords on a bias ply tire. As a result, radial tires have less rolling resistance and heat buildup, which leads to a longer tread life and improved steering at higher speeds.

Great for highway use. Fits 13" wheels.Arrived quick and well packed. So far so good. They mounted,their round,they hold air. The big test to come- a 1500 mile run home. Only down side is that the tires I originally ordered were out of stock and weren't expected in any time soon. These unheard of brand to me were 15.00 more each. Christina J was very helpful.
Tires look great. I have to get them spin balanced and mounted so I can't speak of their performance just yet.
This is the good stuff. I had "cheapies" on my trailer and kept having to fix flats, which can put a huge damper on a trip, especially if you have to put on a spare in the rain. Since buying these I have had no issues and they are truly, "the good stuff". Hi speed, Hi temp durable tires that last a long time.
Received extremely fast, had local tire shop mount and balance, the rims are mine, I just bought tires.... quality so far
So far so good, went right on the wheels I ordered to go with it. Came quickly and are very obviously brand new as advertised.
Going on a 1000 mile road trip with them towing my boat this weekend, will report back if I have issues, otherwise assume I'm happy!
I am impressed with how quickly I got the tires, No hassles! I am glad to have found speed rated trailer tires. I have not had them long enough to determine if they will last or how well they will perform I have towed approximately 500 miles (22' center console boat with dual axle trailer) with no issues. If they last and wear will I will upgrade the rating if they perform poorly I will down grade the rating.
eTrailer has been amazing. Their website walks you through what you need. My new bearing kit and dust caps were exact based on the recommendations from the experts at eTrailer. The new tires are amazing, and I am excited to try them on my pop up.

I am still absoluetly happy with the product. Though we have had a long winter in Colorado so we have not used the trailer in about 6 months. I will know more how the tires are when I get the trailer out of storage in the coming weeks.Thanks for the follow up. Your company is amazing!!!

Installed on 16.6 boat trailer. Tires tracked fine. No unexpected issues.
Ordered these Wednesday afternoon and they were delivered On Friday. Shipping and packaging are top notch. Had the tires mounted and balanced over the weekend but am yet to road test the trailer.
Definitely plan on using again for my trailer supplies.

I didnt really think changing from bias to a radial tire would make a lot of difference but boy was I ever wrong! I wish I had changed years ago. A higher speed rating was a big plus plus the trailer seems to pull much easier now. Will definitely purchase again when the time comes and will be ordering again from Etrailer. 100 impressed with not only the product but shipping etc is top notch.

Upgraded to a better tire for our teardrop camper. Best decision ever. The previous 12 inch tires were always having issues (from a tractor place). These tires perform well, and have not had any problems (no separation, goose egg's, improper wearing, etc). When these get worn, I will be replacing with the same from etrailer. (Axle, wheels, and tires were all purchased from etrailer.com)
This is my third set. I typically run 70-75 mph out here in the southwest in temperatures as high as 115*. I put 8 to 10k miles on each year and have been changing tires every 2 1/2 years. I’m pulling a snall A-frame camper. I’ve had excellent experiences with this tirem
I have about 5k miles on these tires on my 3-Rail Motorcycle trailer. I've dragged it over some pretty rough dirt roads loaded with three motorcycles, and down to Baja Mexico from San Francisco and back without a problem. Many roads in Baja were in poor condition due to construction, and weather - the tires have held up perfectly.
I decided to order tires from etrailer hoping to get ones that were newly manufactured. When I bought my Aliner Sport in 2012 the tires were already two years old. I didn't know then that the life expectancy of a ST tire was more based on age than mileage. Less than 5K miles but almost 6 years, my original tire blew out at the start of a weekend trip. Bummer. Back home, after reading up on trailer tires I realized I had been lucky to run the original tires more than four years. Looking at my options I guessed etrailer would move more tires and would likely have newer tires in stock. I was right! The tires were manufactured in late May and I bought them in July. They look great, had good reviews, and will likely not be an issue for several years. ;>)
Great looking tires for my 1982 Scamp camper. Got a set mounted and balanced on new etrailer rims. I like the tread design and high speed rating. Very happy with them.
These tires are GREAT! I kept blowing tires because I didn't know the speed rating was so low on most tires (60). These tires are rated much higher (80) I think and have been performing awesome. I have towed the trailer about 10,000 miles and not one issue. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Great customer service! They were always in contact with me. I didn't need to check tracking because they were sending me updates as things were happening. And I received my tires sooooo fast I couldn't believe it.
We have several trailers, which means, we end up buying trailer tires relatively frequently. These tires are by far the best trailer tire I have used. Have yet to have a blowout or belt seperation with these.

Most trailer-rated tires are too harsh for my <1500lb trailer. I was looking for a smooth-riding, quiet tire that would eject water and slush. I like the look of this tire tread.
Tire and wheel worked great as a spare. We since sold the TT and the tire went with it.

I've had these tires on my boat trailer for over 2 months and I've been very happy with them. I'm glad I purchased them a couple months ago, I saved about $40.00 compared to the current price.
Have not put them on pop up trailer yet had medical issues in family last year. Hope to put them on this year and use it to go to Sturgis bike week in August.
I bought two radial tires for replacement of ten year old camper tires. These new tires have restored my confidence in camping without break down worries and allow me to travel at highway speeds. A great price for the outstanding quality of product that arrived within a few days of ordering.

Well I have had these tires on for a year now. Have had no issues. They didnt even lose air over the short Florida winter storage. I have recommended these to several people who were looking for trailer tires. I think the biggest thing that people arent aware of is the heat that builds up in these smaller trailer tires on the highway. I have not noted any deterioration or tread separation so far. we have pulled several 100 mile trips though no 1,000 mile trips yet. I will update as they allow me to!
