Radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway. The cords on a radial tire are positioned at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel so that they lay across the width of the tire from wheel lip to wheel lip. This construction prevents the cords from rubbing against one another when the tire flexes, unlike the cords on a bias ply tire. As a result, radial tires have less rolling resistance and heat buildup, which leads to a longer tread life and improved steering at higher speeds.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

The rim was shot as soon as o noticed. Have had them in my trailer stored until now. Maybe had them 2 months. Would not recommend these tires if they are going to blow like this. Glad the pieces of tire also runnier my boats paint! Great time! Thanks for selling trash tire and rim packages! Out $XXX and stranded on the side of the road……..
Super quick shipping. Ordered on a Saturday they arrived on Tuesday. Installed on my utility trailer. Traveled approximately 180 miles with a quad in the trailer. Trailer towed great, very smooth compared to the old tires. Trailer towed smooth with nothing in it, old tires had a bounce.

A year later…tires and wheels still towing nice and smooth
After a recent tire blow out on my Jayco pop-up camper, I realized the rubber on the original tires had deteriorated. I researched for replacement tires and wheels and found etrailer.com! Good price for tires mounted on new wheels.

I ordered tires and grease seals. Parts were great, but one of the grease seals was damaged bc they shipped them in the same box with one of the tires in only a padded envelope. The is not the first time I've had issues with how etrailer ships ther parts.

I've been thinking of getting a spare tire for my utility trailer when I drove buy a abandoned trailer by the side of the road with a wheel off. I went home and searched etrailer for a spare. As always, they have the prefect solution!! This even matched my existing wheels on my trailer. Way to go ETrailer!!! I now fell much better my trailer won't be the one you see; abandoned by the side of the road!
Arrived when expected. Well packaged and in good shape. Great upgrade from the small bias ply tires I was running for the last year. Nothing super fancy but still a great look on the home built teardrop.
Not had them long but have had no problems with them and they ride good.
Etrailer was lighting fast getting my order to UPS. UPS delivery was very fast. Packaging was very good. Item purchased was as described. My only beef was the tires are already over a year old. DOT manufacture date on my purchased tires are 3122. The way I understand it, Kenda only has a limited warranty for five years after manufacture’s date. I’ve already lost 25% of my limited warranty before the first tire revolution.

Probably won’t matter, the sun will kill the tires first. Yet another global warming issue.

Perfect fit and finish! These wheels and tires were installed on 34 year old 3 rail motorcycle trailer. Restoring the trailer with some upgrades to get it back on the road.
Nice paint job on the wheels. I like the tread pattern on the tires. Got these for a hopefully smoother ride with light loads, so I can run a little lower pressure than bias tires.

I don’t know if the tires will last long term but the date code on all four tires was 2022. They look good and the black steel rims look nice also. They were shipped and delivered within just a few days. So far so good.
Seems like a very good tire and rim have not had a chance to mount it as a spare for my 14 foot UTV trailer.
Quick shipping, everything looked great, got what I expected which is nice. 5x8 utility trailer rolled so much better with these radials, a huge difference compared to the old bias plys that were original equipment. I like the black wheel, though realistic about the life of the steel in northeast salt. I coated inside of wheel with rust spray coating. Overall pleased.

These wheelstires have worked out great after a year of use. Loan this trailer to family, friends, I use it locally, and travel to neighboring state at interstate speeds without any issues. Recommend this wheeltire!

No issues on 12,000 mile Alaska trip! I had my Ford dealer add nitrogen. I never had any luck w my Goodyear tires and these replacement tiresrims worked great.
