Typical quality of...VERY good!! Lol. I've pulled my small mc trailer numerous times with this hitch and NO issues!!!
This part came with the trailer hitch I purchased.
It was very easy to transfer the ball from my 2" hitch and voila I am now ready to haul my trailer.

am extremely satisfied with the products I purchased. I use theTow Hitch almost daily for my bicycle rack and a trailer I have to tow. The installation was a quick and easy. The drop configuration is practically unusable with my Chevy Volt having low ground clearance. But works well with the rise, though i could use another inch for the trailer i have.. I use both 1-7/8" and 2" ball with this drawbar and no issues in 10 or so uses.
Worked great to keep the uhaul trailer I towed level even with lowering springs on my 2017 Mazda 3 Touring
I was completely satisfied and very impressed thoughout my first experience with etrailer.com. The website provided exactly the educational material I need to correctly order the products. My order was unexpectedly upgraded for faster shipment, at no cost. The only glitch was the pin and clip were missing. After calling customer service they gave me several options. I bought the pin locally and etrailer.com promptly credit my account for my cost. I'm glad I found etrailer.com and heartily recommend them!
I did not give a 5-star because although it stated when I purchased the hitch set up it would accommodate to e-bikes, it was too short. I had to have a longer bar special made to fit our two e-bikes.
Not very happy with getting a used or returned ball mount from etrailer.com, should not have any rust or dents when I buy a new one. Sending a mail to customer service for a RA#, hopefully they will correct this problem. The wiring harness I order was the other item I ordered and it was in good shape. My experience with them has been up to this point excellent.
Easy to use and haven't had any trouble towing my small trailer with motorcycle on board. Def recommend.
If it was not for etrailer, I would not have the hitch installed in a expedient manner. [towing company] could not come through with a installation or a hitch. Very grateful etrailer and my hitch in stock

Fits perfectly to a VW ID4. It is essentially the only drawbar I could find that fits the ID4 specification of being up to 7 inch long and not more than 2 inch rise. In raised position it is very close to the bumper but does not touch.
The hitch pin was not included in the package. It was not an issue for me because I already had a pin. Also, I think that the ID4 require a bit longer pin than the one shown in the picture.

I bought this as part of the tow package for a Honda Fit. It has the rise I needed to match my trailer. I couldn't be happier with the e-trailer experience.

You’re gonna love this! I put the hitch on my Corvette to haul a small luggage trailer on long trips. The hitch works great!

I needed a hitch receiver for a 2016 kia soul i am using for the time being to pull a small trailer and for my bike rack. My 15 year old son helped me install it no problem and it works great. Saved me a bunch of money!
Recently purchased this item along with a 2" ball and a spare pin. Quality and fit for all items is "excellent". I have purchased from e-trailer for years and have always been pleased with product quality and the tech support has also been outstanding. Due to an incident during shipping of this order I have learned that the Customer Support from etrailer is also outstanding! I had shipping confirmation with tracking info for replacement items in less than a day from contacting them!

An extremely easy to use hitch with easy on-off for anyone to use.
Instructions were very clear and the quality of the product is as good as advertised. It bolted right up with minimal effort, and that is coming from someone who has had recent health issues and has less than full mobility.
Nice quality because the shank that goes into the hitch is solid but hallow like the ones from other sources.
Good quality. Galvanized pain is pretty rusty after one year thiugh.

Some opinion even after a year of yse!!! Very well made and heavy duty!!!
