My contact did say that they see this from time to time with their AC units like the Advent Air # ACCOL150 you mentioned when the RV/camper's roof has a slight curve to it or maybe is flat but just a bit thicker than normal.

It is quite common for old worn-out leaf springs to measure longer than they were when new. This elongation is one part of the wear process. The modest length difference between the 25-1/4-inch and 25-7/8-inch springs you reference is small enough that hanger relocation should not be necessary.

To prevent your trailer 12V accessories (and/or battery) from draining your tow vehicle battery when the vehicle is shut off you need the Battery Isolation Solenoid # PK5231201. This basically allows 12V power to pass through but then is also wired to the ignition of your vehicle. The Curt Trailer Hitch # C13900 that you referenced is a Multi-Fit option, which means that while it can indeed be installed on your Blazer according to Curt, it is going to require some modifications/drilling for proper attachment. I reached out to my contact at Air Lift regarding the LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57338 for your 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500. She said the factory jounce bumper cups on the truck do provide kind of a backup support for the air bag brackets, so it's not recommended to install this system without those cups in place. She said you can simply have these welded back on (a couple of tack welds will be just fine) and then the setup will work perfectly.

I reviewed the installation instructions for the Carr Step for Cargo Vans # CARR501050 and installation of this step will certainly be easier if you have a helper, but with the right tools and equipment it is still possible to do it alone. If your 2007 Chevy Silverado is a Classis model (looks like a 2006) then to install your Hopkins brake controller you will need to use wiring harness # HM47795. It will install like in the video I have linked. Make sure the red wire is placed in slot D as shown in the diagram. There also may be some connections that you will need to make under the hood. I do have a solution, but the # PD4135K cannot be used in this way. In order to charge your battery from the 7-way you need the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger - Single Input - DC to DC - 12V/24V - 12 Amp # RED96FR.
You will be able to use the 12V from your tow vehicle via the 7-way to power the # RED96FR and charge your battery. This will keep you from overcharging the battery while allow your trailer battery to get a full charge.
