Blue - To Trailer (Brake Controller Output)
Red/Black or Red/Blue - Battery Feed

The Dexter Single Axle Heavy Duty Suspension Kit # K71-403-00 technically will not have a torque specification. However, I have been asked this before and was informed by Dexter that what you need to do is tighten them down to the point of either pinching the leaf spring or all the way to the shoulder of the bolts. The only way to use the install hardware for the SportRack Vista XL Cargo Box # SR7018 is with the plate mounting on the inside of the box and the u-bolt going around the crossbar, coming up through the box, and then getting secured with the wing nuts.
Since there is a curve in the u-bolt it would put undue stress on the inside of the cargo box if it was mounted upside down and tightened.

According to my research it looks like the receiver on your 2021 Chevy Traverse will sit a little above the exhaust (see attached photo of etrailer # e56YR on 2020 Traverse), and since the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y62VR has a 2" rise, it will be out of harms way with the exhaust.

The 2020 Traverse without factory 7-way will require running the # 5506 wiring to connect to your 7-way unless those wires were already run when you added the 7-way. There won't be factory wires run for those functions. Then for your brake controller # TK90160 you will want to connect the blue wire to the brake controller output wire that connects to the 5 o'clock pin on your 7-way. According to my contact at Tow Ready, as along as all the fuses and relays included with the # 118270 are correctly installed, the trailer connector should work just fine. The # 118270 will work regardless of if the vehicle was equipped with the tow package or not, as long as the connector for the harness is in place under the vehicle.
