There isn't a brake controller wiring harness for the 2005 Chevy Workhorse RV chassis. It is possible that the RV came with one. Sometimes they plug in under the driver's seat but would otherwise be located under the dash. It is also possible that it does not have a place to plug a brake controller into and could just have tow package wires under the dash. To check this look for a bundle of wires up under dash with a white tag on them.

Hopkins brake controllers like the Agility part # HM47295 that you have are known to have internal shorts that require replacing the controller as there isn't a fix for it. The best solution we have would be a new controller that is similar that is more reliable like the Brake EVN # TK63VR. You will need to do a little hardwiring to install a brake controller on your RV since there is no confirmed harness that will fit. It is not actually all that difficult. What you will do is mount the controller as specified in the instructions. For the wiring connections you will need a wiring kit # 5506.
