- Is There A Video Showing How The Fulton Trailer Winch F142400 Works?I do have a video for the Fulton # F142401 which is nearly identical to the # F142400 that you were looking at. The only difference is that the # F142401 can be used with a strap or wire rope, while the # F142400 can be used with rope only. Other than that they are the same 2K rated 2-speed hand winch.
