Today we're going to be taking a look at the Valterra RV Waste Valve. This unit simply adds or replaces a waste valve in your RV's waste system. It's made from a strong and durable black plastic construction. The valve is going to feature a 3 inch hub on 1 side and a 3 inch spigot on the other. Starting on this side we'll go over the outer and inner diameter. Outer diameter we're looking at about 3 and 1/2 inches, inner diameter we're looking at right 3 inches. On this side outer diamter is 4 inches, inner diameter is 3 and 1/2 inches.
The unit does not come with a handle as you can see here. It has the stem with a threaded connector but the handle is sold separately or you could use your own if you already have one. But that handle is going to be what controls the blade x valve. Opens and closes. Now the unit is already assembled, it has the appropriate seals internally that are installed for leak proof performance. I'm going to give you an overall length measurement with the handle rod and the fully down position.
Measuring from the top of that rod to the end of the unit we're looking at about 9 and 1/4 inches. Then with that extended all the way out we're now looking at an overall length measurement of pretty close to 12 and 3/4 of an inch. That's going to do it for today's look at the Valterra RV Waste Valve.

Handle sold separatelyGreat replacement product for a tight area, I didn't have any flex or extra room so was able to cut the pipe on the hub side of existing and use the spigot side of the replacement with a rubber connection. also was an excellent price.
