Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Bristol Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tanks. This unit adds or replaces a valve for your RV's black water tank. It's made from a durable AVS plastic construction, features a three inch diameter passage which allows waste water to travel freely when the value is open. The valve easily opens and closes with the V handle, which is threaded on to a metal shaft, so you can see there how that opens and closes the valve, really nice smooth design, and this is a V handle which gives you a nice easy grip design, so it's got those curved edges on the side there.The unit does feature the appropriate seals to ensure leak proof performance. The three inch hub slides on to a sewer pipe, so the enter diameter here is about three and a half inches, and on this end we have the three inch spicket which slides into a sewer piper and that gives us an outer diameter of three and a half inches. ABS Solvent Cement is required for installation and it is sold separately.
