Yes, the CE Smith Double U-Bolt Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10192GA-4 will work as replacements, and you're definitely doing the right thing in replacing them due to the corrosion.

You will need to use the CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-8 to install these assemblies and both the brackets and bolts are galvanized for future protection from corrosion.

If you are also looking to replace the bunk board carpeting we have a number of lengths available, such as the CE Smith Deluxe Marine-Grade Carpeting for Bunk Boards # CE11330, which is 12' long and 11" wide, or CE Smith Deluxe Marine-Grade Carpeting for Bunk Boards # CE11349, which is 18' long and 18" wide.

With a measurement of 8-1/2" from the bottom of the crossmember to the top of the bunk as you currently have it you should be safe to use the 9-1/4" CE Smith Double U-Bolt Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10190GA-4 as replacements. You will still want to use U-Bolts # CE15283GA-8 for installation of the brackets.
