Bolster-and-swivel-bracket assemblies are typically mounted upright on a boat trailer's crossmembers. They allow a mounted bunk board, which runs from the front of the trailer to the back, to tilt to accommodate and support boat hulls of different sizes. On kayak trailers, these brackets are mounted to the trailer's frame and support bunk boards that run across the trailer.
Galvanized Steel
Galvanized steel parts are hot-dipped in zinc after being stamped. This creates a coating that is typically 3 mil to 5 mil thick. This thick, all-around coating allows galvanized steel products to provide years of use without rusting or corroding.

Swivel brackets enable bunks to tilt when loading a boat.I bought a 2007 16' Carolina Skiff for $3500 back in December. The dealer said there was nothing at all wrong with it and he went over it and winterized it. I finally got around to putting it in the water and saw that the bunk boards were in terrible shape, with one side rail guide-on falling off. I took it to a marina repair shop and was told it would be cheaper to buy a new trailer instead of replacing the bunk boards. I contacted Ashley at etrailer about buying a set of bunk boards and all of the brackets and hardware for it. $370.00 later I had a full set of bunk boards and guide-ons being shipped to me. I don't think I could find a new trailer for that price. It took longer to remove the old ones than it did to put the new ones on. About 3 hrs later I had a new trailer. These bunk boards and guide-ons fit my boat and trailer perfectly.

Great price on my Double U-Bolt Bolster and Swivel Bracket assemblies. Heavy duty and just what my trailer needed to to haul my Key West 1720 boat.
I have used single slot galvanized u-bolt bolsters on 20 and 25 galvanized trailers for salt water; they do not hold as much weight; the double bolsters are just what I needed. The price was lower than other vendors. Buy them!
My rear bunk supports were welded on and rusting badly, so I just cut them off and installed these clamp on brackets. After one trip I had a problem with them slipping down. Clamps were tight. To correct this I drilled and tapped a 1/4-20 stainless bolt through the bracket and into the trailer frame. No problems since. Overall a nice heavy guage product that was not too difficult to install.
Bunk board brackets, were made of quality and fit trailer frame well. Service and shipping was extremely good and fast, very happy with the customer service.
Everything I ordered arrived very quickly and was exactly as described. I was replacing the bunks on my boat trailer and these parts were very easy to install and fit perfectly.
Box was heavily damaged(holes), I’m not sure if all the parts are there yet!

Holding up fine. I trailer and launch the boat weekly, no a fresh water rinse always and there is no significant corrosion.
