What is the Outer Diameter of the Mounting Bracket for the Bulldog Pipe Mount Swivel Jack?

I am replacing an old tongue jack on my utility trailer. I dont have any brand or model information from the old jack but it looks very similar to the Bulldog 151401 jack. My question is, what is the outer diameter of the cuffinch or short section of tube that the snap rings snaps onto? Thank you

The mounting bracket has an inner tube diameter of 2"and an outer tube diameter of 2-1/4". I recommend the Bulldog Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack - Topwind - 10" Lift - 5,000 lbs item # BD178101. This will mount directly to that short section of tubing you were referring to and not to the actual frame of your trailer.
