Distributor and internet gave minimal help; however, once I actually made contact with etrailer the customer service, response and products were fantastic. I'm very satisfied with my kayak trailer and would not hesitate to recommend trailer to friends.
Well I can't believe it's really been a year since I purchased all the parts from Etrailer to rebuild my jon boat trailer. I bought this tilt trailer on craigslist and well let's just say needed some MAJOR TLC. From the roller brackets, fenders, tires/wheels, hitch coupler, winch, etc.. All the parts have held up extremely well and I am VERY happy with not only the quality of the parts but the customer service as well. This is my "GOTO" place to buy parts for all 3 of my trailers!!

The brackets arrived on time. They look very stout and the galvanized coating looks thick. I hope that they are going to be a great replacement for the original zinc coated brackets that lasted less than nine seasons. I would still prefer stainless steel brackets though. I will send some pics after the repairs are finished.
Real heavy duty bracket swivel might be to much for my trailer but more is better and the bracket will easily outlast the bunk boards. Definitely a good buy. Just wish etrailer would sell 8' carpeted bunks.

Super heavy duty. Have a pair securing my shed doors and another pair securing the pivot arm of a roof winch I built. Buying more!
Great product and a great price. Shipping was fast. Upgrading my boat trailer and the existing bunk supports were rusted. These are heavy duty and look great. Now with parts from etrailer it is looking like new again.
Products received were just as described. Received shipment earlier than expected. I ordered the bolster brackets and swivel mounts for a boat trailer to replace the ones salt water had corroded. Yes, I would use etrailer again,
These swivel brackets look like they will last forever and they are the same price as the lesser ones everywhere else. They shipped within hours and arrived in a few days. I am replacing OEM brackets that rusted out and look like they will fail after 5 seasons. These new units are incredibly heavy duty and more than twice the thickness. I can't wait to get them installed with the new bunks. Thank you etrailer!
Nice heavy gauge steel with thick galvanized coating. Use 1/2 inch galvanized bolt in the swivel and 3/8 or 5/16 galvanized lag screw into your bunk boards.
I purchased brackets for my trailer bunks from Etrailer and am very happy. The parts are well constructed, the site was easy to navigate, and the shipping was free. I will buy from Etrailer in the future.
Ordered these swivel brackets to replace 10 year old brackets on my boat trailer, they are beefy and should be excellent replacements for the older rusted brackets.

The swivel brackets were delivered in just a few days. After removing the old brackets witch were very rusted and the bolts had to be cut free, these installed very easily.

Only down is could not obtain answer on load capacity on bolster brackets, but seems to be same industry wide.
Would be great to know this for both 7 & 11 gauge.
