Recommended Roller Bunks Replacement for Wooden Bunks for G3 1860 Boat

Question:

Jon Thanks for the reply.  Unfortunately these will not directly bolt down in place of the existing bunks.  Most boats have a 90 degree tab and the 2x4 bunk sits on top of this and is bolted to it.  What you have shown would require rotating my bunk board 90 degrees.  Please see attached photo and how my lower bunks are.

We do have a variety of roller bunks that can be used as a direct replacement for carpeted bunks. I recommend either going with the 2,500 lb capacity which comes in Black # DL21754 or Silver # DL21740, OR the 3,000 lb capacity which also comes in Black # DL21755 or Silver # DL21741.

I have also attached a link to all of the options that you can check out, as well as a link to all of our brackets if they also need replacing.

Thank you for the reply and the photo of your boat trailer. I believe you have brackets like what comes in the kit # CE10000G-4 which has 2 holes going side-to-side of your trailer to secure your current wooden bunks. With this being the case we still have a way for you to mount the roller bunks to your boat trailer without the wooden bunks being installed. You can either swap out the top swivel part of your brackets with the part # CE10206G (galvanized) or # CE10206AA (aluminum) and use the center bolt hole location for the roller bunks, OR you can swap out your entire mounting bracket kit and replace them with the kit # CE10003G-4 that only has one bolt hole for the roller bunks and comes with a galvanized finish which gives you superior rust corrosion resistance over standard finishes when it comes to water. Attached are some review videos that you can check out as well.
