  I reached out to Lippert and while they were unable to provide the gear ratio of the Lippert # LC276602 gearbox, they could confirm that the motors used with these are 3:1. Because of that, the gearbox should be somewhere around there, but again- they could not provide that information for whatever reason.

  The first two you mentioned are interchangeable and would work well with your Venture landing gear part numbers # LG-179015 and # LC276602, but the third part number # RVLG-RDBOX is for a different brand of Ram jacks and would not work for you.   If when you say "move by hand" you mean using the hand crank then I believe that your issue is the gearbox. Since you said you can hear the motor # LC241795 working and the landing gear seems to operate normally then you simply need to swap out your gearbox with the Replacement Gearbox # LC276602 and you should be good to go!
