Hi. John with etrailer. Look, things happen when you're on the road or when you're camping. If you need parts for your landing gear on your camper, don't forget to keep us in mind. We have the factory parts here available. For instance, the landing gear for your Lippert Ground Control 3.0.
Now on a 3.0 system, the landing gear that we're talking about is gonna be the main jacks on the front of your camper. These are the ones that are going to, whenever you want to hook and unhook, these are the ones you operate up here. This part that we're talking about, the replacement part, is actually going to be the the inner shaft and then the main shaft that goes up into your camper. It's not gonna include the motor. It's not gonna include the foot plate or the snapper pin, but those parts are available, and we have them here at etrailer.
This is a real factory Lippert product. Do not trust your system with aftermarket products. There's no reason to. This video really just focuses on the front landing gear, but if you have 3.0, and you have damage to either your mid or rear jacks as well, we have those factory replacement parts. So don't let broken parts ruin your summer vacation.

The original jack screw stripped out and was no longer operable. This was an exact replacement and worked. In general, I am not of fan of these electric jacks. I've had lots of problems with them. My next RV will be hydraulic for sure.
I have replaced both of the original front jacks on my 2020 Montana fifth wheel within the last two months. I guess when one failed, it weakened the other. I bought both replacement jacks on line thru etrailer.com. Both came as ordered and were an exact fit. The second failed while in Branson camping. I was able to talk with a sales representative and have the new jack shipped to the RV park. Great service and quality replacement part.
Front jack has performed well to date. Wish it had a grease fitting to allow for lunrication.

The jack leg on our 2015 Cougar Xtralite High Country failed while we were out camping. We left the camper on the truck and wired the leg up so that we could drive. There is a thread block at the top of the leg that a threaded shaft turns through to raise and lower the camper. The threads in that block were stripped out, allowing the leg to fall down. I would note this could be dangerous if both legs failed at the same time. I have ordered a replacement leg for the other side as well, even though it’s working now. I can’t say enough about e-trailer’s fast, efficient service. Ordered it on Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday, normal shipping. Great job1
Etrailer has yet to let me down. They consistently have the parts I need and ship them out faster than anyone else and their communication can't be beat. I knew the status of my order from order to delivery. This jack was a direct replacement that fixed my persistent and progressive "jack error" malfunction. The old jack came out after removing the foot plate and pin. The extension slid out the bottom and the jack and motor came out the top through the compartment. The new jack went back in in reverse order. 4 nuts, 2 bolts and a pin, in about 20 minutes I had set the hall sensors and had the 5er leveled. The new jack even sounded smoother than the old one and no more jack error. Auto level was successful on the first attempt with no errors.
This was a direct replacement for a 2016 true north ice lodge fish House front electric jack. Seems to work well.
Saved me and my frustration with our "new to us" 2018 NorthPoint and the landing gear problem I had.
Great service and quite professional knowledge by Lynn as well.
I'll be more than willing to give this company more of my money as needed for my RV parts.

Exact replacement I needed for a failing front jack on a Ground Control system. I had one that was failing and replaced both front jacks as I assumed the other jack would soon need to be replaced as well. Worked perfectly but a little difficult logistically to replace due to the weight of the 5th wheel.

I called for help identifying the part I needed. The customer service rep did a fantastic job. Part arrived on time was a perfect fit. I still have no idea what caused the original part to fail but the replacement is perfect and continues to work perfectly.
Absolutely the best customer service one could ask for. I broke a landing gear on my 5th wheel on Tuesday before Labor Day and we planned on leaving the RV park on Tuesday, the day after Labor day and with the 3 day holiday in-play, I was going to be replacing the landing gear the day we planned on leaving. I contacted etrailer on Tuesday afternoon around 4:30 in the afternoon and ordered the part. My customer rep said with the holiday and 3 day shipping she couldn't guarantee the part before the following Tuesday but she'd do what she could to speed up the process. The order was filled less than an hour after I placed it was delivered to UPS about an hour after that. UPS delivered the part to my location within 36 hours of my placing the order! I had the replacement part installed before the 3 day weekend even started.
This is the second front jack I have ordered from etrailer. They have both worked perfectly.
The product works as advertised, however I don't understand how the price could have increased over 50% from when I'd bought the same item only 1 year ago.
The front jack for my Lippert 3.0 - 6 point leveling system was an exact replacement. Everything is working just as before. As usual, Etrailer shipped the part in a timely manner and if UPS hadn't had a hiccup, I would have received it in two days. Last year I had to replace both landing gears on my 2021 GD Reflection 303RLS. One of the original units failed while I was driving through the Blue Ridge Mountain, allowing the footplate to actually to hit the ground, forcing me to stop on a winding mountain road and wire it back into position with heavy gauge wire. The other one failed a few months later when I tried to level the trailer and it wouldn't support any weight. I replaced them with new units from etrailer and they both arrived within 3 days. Outstanding customer service. I'm a customer for life!
Etrailer saved us so much money on this part. The shop wanted $3000 to replace and install this part. Thankfully my husband is mechanically inclined and was able to do the work himself. Thanks Etrailer!
Exact replacement for a stripped out leg on my trailer. 2 bolts to undo the motor, 2 bolts to remove the leg and 2 bolts to remove the bracket for the leg adjustment. Very easy fix for someone with zero experience.

I only give 2 stars to the lippert leveling legs due to poor design I’m on the 3rd set of legs. I give etrailer 5+ stars for your customer service and for carrying all the items that an RVer needs thank you again for an excellent job!
