  In regards to the 1 Bike Add-On for Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Racks part # KU57FR, you don't have to remove and reinstall the wheel trays each time you want to use the add-on. The wheel trays will be installed onto the extension and then the extension gets bolted to the rack. When you are ready to remove the add-on just un-bolt the extensions with the wheel trays still in place.

  I would definitely go with the Kuat Transfer # KU84FR. It's a great rack and it cleared my 2001 Tahoe rear hatch which is around the same size at your 2015 Toyota Sienna hatch. The main thing that causes hatch contact is the bikes handlebars. You need to put the shortest handlebars on the closest cradle towards your vehicle. You can also add one bike to the end of this rack # KU57FR to make a two bike configuration.

This hitch has a 60 lb per bike capacity, will work with a class I hitch, and can be upped to a 2-bike rack in the future with the 1 Bike Add-On for Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Racks # KU57FR. Just so you know, this add on does not have the same capacity as the single bike rack; the add on can only support up to 40 lbs, but with your bike being 37 lbs this'll still work fine.
