Heavy-duty 1-bike rack is perfect for carrying an e-bike, a bike with a carbon frame or custom paint job, or a bike with a large fork. Wheel tray has 3 grooves in the track that fit narrow 18c road bike tires up to 3" wide mountain bike tires.

Specs:
Note: May interfere with bikes with front fenders.
The Tire Hold has pivoting upright arms with adjustable tire grips that grab your bike firmly by the wheels - not the frame. These grips allow you to rapidly load and unload your bike, and they won't scratch or scuff the paint. The grips have slots on the inside so you can adjust them to accommodate the wheel size of your bike.
To load your bike simply set the tire grips to the correct tire size, set your bike on the tray, rotate the upright arms against the tires, and press down on the tire grips until they're snug.
The arms are secured by ratcheting mechanisms that slide along the tray. Simply press the silver button on each mechanism to release and slide.
The wheel tray has 3 grooves in the track that accommodate narrow 18c road bike tires up to 3" wide mountain bike tires.
The rack tilts down - with or without your bike loaded - so you can access your vehicle's rear cargo area.
The front-mounted hand lever on the base is easily accessible even with your bike loaded. No more crawling through your bike or squeezing between the rack and the vehicle to hit the tilt-release lever. Simply squeeze it until you see the red indicator, then lower the rack. When you raise the rack back up you will hear a click and the red indicator will disappear.
When the rack is unloaded you can squeeze the hand lever to fold it up for storage. This makes it easier to park in small lots at the trail head or in cramped parking garages, and it keeps the rack out of the way of other vehicles and riders.
The hand knob at the base of the rack lets you tighten the shank in your receiver. Just slide the shank into your hitch, insert the hitch pin, and turn the knob until snug. The knob deploys an anti-rattle wedge at the tip of the shank to help take play out of the hitch connection.
You can set the integrated stopper so that the shank automatically aligns with your hitch pin hole. The first time you install the rack you can adjust the sliding stopper so that it touches the face of your hitch. Then each time you install it going forward it's set up so that the hole in the shank automatically lines up with the hitch pin hole. This prevents you from having to bend down and check for alignment each time you install the rack on your vehicle.
The rack also has a removable sleeve that lets you convert the shank for use in 1-1/4" hitches. Use the included Allen key to remove the sleeve from the shank.
The hand knob on the front of the rack has a keyed lock that secures the rack to your vehicle. To secure your bike to the rack, run the thick steel cable through your bike's frame and tighten the hand knob down over the cable's looped end.

Before I purchased I confirmed with both Etrailer and Inno that this rack will fit a class 1 hitch. Inno even prints class 1 in their directions. The INH120 (2-bike) does not. It was a yes from both sources. The pin they use DOES NOT fit the hold for a class 1. In fact they use the same proprietary pin system for the 2 bike version. NOT GOOD!!!!
This is my third bike carrier in over 16 years. There was nothing wrong with the others. I got a new SUV and a new E-bike and wanted a new hitch for one bike. The Inno INH110 was perfect. It was a little strange at first in the way the rack was secured to the receiver but after trying it, It was a good feature.
I recommend this hitch. m It very robust and I can see many years without issue.

Couldnt be better.
I bought my rack about a year ago. As others have said, the pin design for the rack is a bit of a problem, especially if your hitch does not allow the exterior sleeve to fit in place to secure the pin. I deducted 1 start for the pin. My hitch had that issue but I have still been able to use the rack for my 65 lb electric bike. My bike is over weight capacity for this rack but it rides well on the rack. It is easy to get my ebike on an off the rack (I am female) and it is easy to secure it on the rack. The weight of the rack is also a big plus as it is easy to move it in and out of storage when I need it. Finally, one of the best features of the rack is the secure locking mechanism. Besides securing the rack, it is really helpful for getting a tight, secure fit on the hitch even if you can't use the additional collar used to secure the pin. I would not hesitate to recommend this rack to another rider or to someone with an ebike that was 65 lbs or under. My ebike rides really well on this rack.
This was the best purchase! I absolutely love how snug it holds the bike and how easy it is to put in and take out of the hitch. The only hiccup is when I put it on my mother's newer vehicle that has the sensors on the rear bumper. She had to disable the back-up sensors while she had the rack in the "folded up" position. Literally no big deal! I'd 10/10 recommend this bike rack and 100/100 would recommend this company. They are real people at the other end of the line and the shipment is FAST and RELIABLE.
Bought this rack because of a heavy E-bike. Functions well. The hitch has a nice mechanism of tightening the rack to the hitch, preventing it from swaying or rocking. The need for a key is sometimes cumbersome.
Easy to assemble, three parts, six bolts allen wrenches included. Four different tilt settings, can tilt down even with bike secured to open rear cargo hatch on an SUV. Tire hold only, no contact with frame especially important if you have expensive carbon fibre. Looks sleek folded up only 14 inches extended from bumper for parking in the garage. All that for a great price!

Outstanding, removing the hitch is a little tricky, gotta get flat on your back so I tend to leave it in when Im cycling a lot in the spring, summer and fall even tho that means you cannot use the foot motion sensor to open the rear hatch.
Great bike rack, very easy to install. It is a little off center/crooked but its hardly noticeable. I am giving it 5 stars because I think the functionality out weighs that.
Pros: looks great, functions great, easy to use, very easy to swap in and out of the hitch.
Cons: sits a little crooked
I had this rack for about a year now and I have had no issues with it. The rack is not that heavy and can be put on and taken off with ease. My bike has 29" tires and the rack holds it with no problems. If you're looking for a well built single bike rack I would recommend the Inno.
I am very satisfied with the Inno single bike platform carrier. It was easy to install, seems sturdy, and the bike loads and unloads easily. My only complaint (minor) is with the installation guide itself – several times the pictures alone seemed somewhat ambiguous in possible interpretation; just a few words would have helped a lot. After I’d done the work, the pictures made clear sense… going in blind, they were a bit ambiguous. Again, a very good product

still very easy to use and sturdy!
If the hitch is tightly installed, it is a wonderful hitch. I found that the spring bolt that goes through the hitch, into the rack hitch doesn't make me feel secure that it will not pop out while driving (although it never has, yet)
The guide that you tighten, so that there are no more guesses where the spring bolt goes is not good, because as you drive it ever so slightly, it moves & you find yourself on the ground trying to line it up correctly. (Not fun for a senior citizen)
It works well, when installed tightly, but that handle at the hitch that you need to turn clockwise is also difficult to turn. I purchased it because it was low to the ground, so that I didn't have to lift my electric bike too high. Now, newer bike racks have ramps for the electric bikes.
Outstanding customer service and quick delivery!
Perfect rack for the money and gets the job done great and fits my Ebike at ease
Handles e-bike yet is light enough I can easily lift and attach it to my truck on my own
Very easy to install and operate. Clean and low profile on my vehicle. Does not interfere with rear view camera operation. Does not interfere with tailgate on my Subaru Outback. I only take away one star because the locking system does not seem super secure. Neither of the lock which secures the rack to the vehicle, or the lock which security bike to the rack. They are integrated and held together by a piece of plastic. I would call it more of a deterrent than an actual security device. Additionally, the longevity of the rack may come in to play as some of the components are plastic or aluminum and I feel like a stronger material could have been used in certain places. However the rack is a good value for its money and I am very happy with it. If the rack where to fail or gets stolen, I would still buy another one because of the price point value compared to competitors which are nearly double or more as much.

After a year, it’s still holding up very well. I use it almost daily. Very happy with this inno bike rack. Would definitely recommend.
Great product. Keeps the bike secure without touching the frame which is really nice for expensive carbon frames.
I just got my new Inno bike rack installed on my car and do have a few questions for others who have them. I love the ease of ratcheting the tire holder snug to hold the bike securely. I also like how I can lock my bike to the rack so easily. I am wondering though, is there a way to lock the rack to my hitch? I may be daft but I would have thought that the rack would have come with a pin that would go all the way through to the other side of my hitch so that I could lock it. Unfortunately it just has a twist safety pin that could be easily removed and taken out by anyone wanting to steal the bike and rack. I know I can buy a chain to wrap around the rack somehow but the reason I purchased the Inno was to diminish the need for all the bungies and additional chains. Any suggestions? I do think this is a design flaw.

What size hitch do you have on your vehicle? I can get you a bike rack lock that fits.

Sierra, I am Daft. I figured it out I don’t even need anything to lock it because if you tighten the key lock down, it locks it in place and no one could ever get that off your vehicle. I feel very silly for my lack of knowledge. Have a great day
I loved the look and design of this rack from the jump. This is a good rack that could be the best rack out there with a few tweaks in design. I got this rack because I had an ebike and it looked like it could handle the weight and I wanted it to swing out so I could access my truck bed. It is very solid, sits low so easy to get my bike on and off. I am older with a bad back. Holds bike without damage to the finish. I love the drop down feature it clears the tailgate of my Chevy SSR just fine.
So what would I change in a redesign? I would ditch the spring tension lock pin. Instead of having the user use foot pound torque just make the hitch bar a solid piece of metal with several simple holes drilled in it to adjust the in and out length. Use a sturdy locking lock pin to secure it. If you still want to offer two hitch bar sizes just use a sleeve the smaller inside of the larger. This would address the rattling reviews. Mine doesn’t rattle.
Second if you installed locks at the base of each tire arm so you could key lock them in position, instead of the current ratchet and cable system you would be miles ahead in this market. Especially since I ebikes are big targets for thieves. Also the best way to make the tire arms adjustable is to get rid of the plastic inserts and make the adjust with holes and a push pin type design running down the sides of them. Easily done if you do a top tube inside a bottom tube. That would be much more solid than the inserts which get loose with a lot of use. The arms would be better served in metal anyway.
Other than than. I love the simplicity of the design I just think it could be improved upon to be a truly great rack.
I bought this for my Specialized brand electric bike that weighs a ton to lift. Granted.. most people can easily lift their regular bikes on an Inno. ( truth be told.. I bought it coz all the other brands were fresh out coz of COVId related supply chain) so it was the only rack I found relatively in stock.. tho it took a month to get here. but I do think it is a nice design. The arched wheel holders on both sides tightening down on each wheel as u press them into place. 3 tweaks: Inno makes a rack devised for an electric bike! So one of the arched wheel locks can tip all the way to the ground so it acts as a mini ramp so then one tighten the ramp one over wheel. Then the black plastic box close to hitch is in 2 pieces.. it comes apart sometimes and I have to wham it together with my hands every once in awhile. Then.. the silver buttons u press to release arched wheel locks get sticky often with rd grit kicked up when u drive! I know it sounds like I have a lot of issues with this rack.. but the macro comment is it is a good ramp that just needs minor tweaks!!
This rack does exactly what it says it does. Holds the bike securely and is very easy to use. Only note of caution, if you have a flat, remember to take up the slack of the wheel adjuster and tire! While you can move the wheel adjuster to a new spot, it doesn't always fit perfectly if there is a flat. Otherwise, it's a nice looking, sturdy and fits all different bikes.
The receiver bracket that goes into the receiver is the cheapest thing I have ever seen in my life on a gravel or bumpy road the pin will fall out in about 3 1/2 seconds had to find somebody to completely re-engineer it buy something different.. They need a 2in receiver for a full thru pin design…
After doing research on several different bike racks, I decided to go with this one. I definitely made the right choice! Once it arrived, it only took me about 20 minutes to put it together and attach it to my trailer hitch. The instructions were even easy to read which doesn't happen very often. One of the things I love about this rack is the ease of putting it on and taking it off. This was a big factor for me because I park daily in a parking garage and wanted the ability to easily put it on my SUV for the weekends and then remove Sunday evening. Another big factor for me was ease of getting the bike on and off the rack. Because I have an e-bike that weighs 48 lbs, I wanted a rack that wouldn't have me struggling. I can't imagine a rack easier than this! Once you lift your bike onto the rack, close the sides over the tires, attach the cable and lock into place, you are ready to go. All in less than 2 minutes. The tilt function is also pretty awesome. I tested it and was able to open the back of my Nissan Murano without any issues while my bike was on the rack. The rack arrived faster than expected as well, another bonus.
After reading reviews on this rack and several other brands, I also purchased a $15 hitch stabilizer on Amazon. This gave me peace of mind that the rack wouldn't sway or come loose when driving on the interstate. This is a definite must and well worth the extra small cost.
Bottom line - get this rack. You won't be disappointed!
This is an excellent rack, combining ease of use with a no-frame-contact design that provides secure bike mounting and transport. This rack is exactly as advertised and exactly what I was looking for. I have not had occasion to contact etrailer for any after-purchase needs, but my buying experience was top-notch.
It took a while before I could get it hooked into my hitch, I had a hard time figuring it out, but once I figured it out it is a perfect bike rack!!!;
Easy to assemble and very thoughtfully designed to its lockability, its range of movement and the easy tire locking mechanism.
Rugged and super easy to use. Best bike rack ever!

I am sorry that you are having trouble with the hitch pin. I reached out to Inno and the pin should be half inch in diameter to work with a class 1 hitch. What is the diameter of the pin that you received?
