This Dutton-Lainson industrial winch is designed for standard-duty vertical lifting operations. Crank handle clockwise to lift the load, counter-clockwise to lower the load. Automatic brake stops the load when hand cranking stops.

Great product. Great customer support from etrailer when I needed technical information.
Fast and fit perfectly.
Arrived in good condition. Haven't used it yet. The most important thing is it does not come with cable. I still don't see that on the web page. etrailer, please say it in multiple places.
Product was an exact fit for my Shorestation 2-place PWC lift refurbishment. Super quick delivery, simple ordering process. Everything works perfectly.
The product arrived well packaged and just as described. I would have rated a 5 but the product was not actually available when I ordered it, and I had to wait a few weeks before it was. With that said, the company was very upfront about the status of the product,and kept me well informed. This was a replacement for my old Dutton-Lainson winch for my PWC lift that needed to have an automatic brake. Again, the company was very responsive to help me figure out which model of D-L I needed to make the replacement.

still working great after a year
Excellent quality, will require minimal mounting modifications to replace the overworn 35 year old Rohn 25 foldover tower winch it was ordered to substitute for.
