I reached out to Bear and they were able to confirm that your 3,500lb axles use a #84 spindle. This will allow you to use the Hub Bearing Kit # BK2-100 on each of your axle hubs. The kit includes new inner and outer bearings and races, a grease seal, cotter pin, and tang washer for one hub. The Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB1980A-SS can be used if your axles do not already have the EZ Lube spindle.
They were also able to tell me they use a 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e54SR. Since It looks like the the bolts and shackle straps are severely corroded you should upgrade these with the Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension Kit # K71-448-00 that will also give you wet bolts and allow your suspension to more freely move.
I recommend using the LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390 with a Grease Gun # L30416 to maintain the wet bolts and bearings on your Bear trailer.
