Can 4" Tall Equalizer Be Used To Replace 3" Tall Equalizer?

Hello, The equalizer on my trailer is just under 3 inches tall with a spacing of 6 1/8 inches. Will this 4 inch equalizer work fine. I assume it will lift the trailer slightly? Thanks,

You are correct.
The Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension Kit for Tandem-Axle Trailers - 1-3/4" Wide Double-Eye Springs # K71-448-00 you were looking at is 4" tall meaning it slightly will lift your trailer. These equalizers are slightly shorter at 6" wide but since it is within 1/8" you wont have any issues.
