This Jack was an exact match to the one that came on my Riverside Retro trailer. Removing the old Jack and installing this one was super easy and only took about 10-15 minutes. It fit perfectly and works great!

THE SIDE CRANKING MOTION SEAMS TO TAKE HALF THE TIME WHEN CRANKING UP OR DOWN THE JACK.THE OLD JACK I HAD CRANKED FROM THE TOP AND IT PUT ALOT OF STRAIN ON MY BACK.I HAVE BACK TROUBLE.THE CONTINUE MOVING OF THE HANDLE AWAY THEN BACK AT YOU,FORCING YOU TO LEAN OVER THE JACK WHILE CRANKING IT UP OR DOWN.

Etrailer sent me wrong parts on a correct order I placed. I paid for extra 3 day shipping and they would not send me the correct parts at 1 or 2 day shipping when I needed the part to go away for the weekend camping.
Customer service not good here.
Products are fine if you can get them to ship correct item.
