Just installed this jack after the original jack on my trailer collapsed, stripping the threads on the way down. The Ram jack fits like a glove using my original three bolts. My first impressions are that it’s well-built and much smoother than my OEM jack. I paired it with etrailer’s drop foot, and I think I’m set for easier coupling moving forward.
Excellent, does what it should just wish my tailgate cleared it. (not the fault of the product just the buyer)

Trailer jack still good as new a year later. The one that came on my trailer originally lasted just over a year before I could barely crank on it and it squealed horribly. But this one is working as good as it did the first day a year later so 5 stars all the way

Switched from a side crank to this top crank trailer jack. Made of heavy gauge material, turns smoothly under pressure. I would recommend this jack.
Nice Jack! Works well with JF-1005H-Z Drop Leg for etrailer and Ram Jacks. The PS1400600303 Pro Series Round, A-Frame Jack - Topwind - 15" Lift - 5,000 lbs does not work with the drop leg. Had to learn the hard way.
Good quality jack. Easy to install, works great! Fast shipping and great communication from etrailer.com as always.
Needed a replacement tongue jack, asked their tech staff to review my specs for compatibility and they suggested a this better (and cheaper!) alternative within 24hours. This is much heavier duty (and cheaper) than the one I'm replacing. It is built to last. Def my go-to for trailer parts.
Easy to install. Much easier to lift the trailer with, makes it almost effortless. Don't forget to order the jack foot that you wish to use.
It’s exactly what I needed!
I had to enlarge the lower "support hole" that it had to go through, but otherwise it went in easy. Made in China. Works good though.
Bolted in place since I know I will forget it and need to replace it sooner or later.
Showed up on time. Installed it and it works great.

These are etrailer branded but made by RAM. They are pre-stickered before they arrive to our warehouse.
