Today we'll be reviewing part number BD151109. This the Bulldog Side-Wind Jack with a retaining ring swivel, also includes the base, rated at 2,000 pounds. The convenient spring-loaded plunger-pin swivel feature is mounted here on the side of the jack with an L-bend weld-on bracket. This portion is going to weld onto your trailer. Then, you would pull the pin. It's going to allow you to swivel your jack up into a store position or back into an upright position to support your trailer. This jack does have precision fitted parts that provide exceptional stability and reliability.
The side-wind handle has a smooth ergonomic finish for easy cranking. It's going to provide us with a radius of 5 13/16". The weld-on L-bend bracket comes assembled and also the footplate is included. The footplate has dimensions of 4" x 7 1/2". Our L-bend bracket is going to measure 5" x 4 1/2". When the jack is fully retracted, we're going to have a bracket height measurement of 11".
That's measuring from the center of the bracket to the bottom of the footplate. With it fully extended, that measurement increases to 21". If we subtract those two measurements, we're left with 10" and that's where we get our lift measurement from. This jack provides a clearance, from the center of our mounting bracket to the top of our jack, of about 6 1/2". Our outer tubing provides a diameter of 2 1/4" and our inner tubing has a diameter right at 2".
Our plunger-pin here on our swivel feature has a diameter of 1/2". The jack has a lift capacity of 2,000 pounds. That's going to complete today's review of part number BD151109. This the Bulldog Side-Wind Jack with a retaining ring swivel including the base, rated at 2,000 pounds. .

Simple to use, easy to install and I love that when mobile, it folds away underneath the trailer tongue. Would buy again (but hopefully don't need to soon).
Excellent service. The correct part we ordered arrived in a vey timely manner. We are very satisfied.
This is the smoothest, easiest turning trailer jack I have ever used! The build quality is excellent. Highly recommend this for any trailer application needing a swivel jack. This is a 2,200 lb capacity hydraulic dumping trailer.
I love the Bulldog Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack - Topwind - 10" Lift - 5,000 lbs
Works great. Only difference was the locking pin diameter.
etrailer has Great Products for Building or repairing trailers! This jack can be installed in several locations or configurations.
etrailer.com made the impossible happen! I am in purchasing and I needed fifty, identical, 2000lb Jacks. With etrailer.com my needs were meet, and they delivered in less than two days! With slight modification I could rigid mount these swivel jacks on dollies for a major aerospace company. I know when i need any trailer equipment for my business needs, or my personal needs, the only place I will go is etrailer.com
it is not satisfactory no snap ring or mounting braket first time I have ever seen this should not be alowed to sell like that
Ridiculously prompt order fulfillment and shipping. Quality product, works perfect. As always, etrailer is the place to go. Was about $40 cheaper than other online retailer.
Product fit my trailer perfectly. Part was damaged but Stacey took care of it and all is well. Perfect Customer Service.

Great price! Great tracking of shipments! Side mount handle replaced our top mount handle so box would mount easily.
Got it on fits good like the old one but at lease this one goes up and down!
the trailer jack on my trailer was in the way of me putting my tailgate on my truck down so, I buy the bulldog trailer jack . I like how easy it is to install on the fame rail of my trailer. It is easy to use to lift and lower on to the hitch ball. I like the trailer jack swing up and out the way. The new trailer as solve the problem so I can put my tailgate down on my truck now.
Great jack
The original trailer jack we ordered was currently out of stock and back ordered for a couple of months. Marty was great about getting a hold of us immediately with replacement options to order in place of the back ordered item. Thank you for you timely, courteous help!
Good product.
Fit on the same mount as my 25-year old bulldog jack, really glad it kept the same size and I didn't have to remove and weld on the new mount. Tight as a tick when it comes to motion, zero flex. Hope to get 25 years out of this one as well
THESE ARE WHAT DESTOYED OYHER PARTS IN SHIPMENT
They have held up very well after a year of using these on my off road trailer. Haven't had to grease them yet and the winding mechanism is smooth and effortless.
They are an excellent quality jack. As long as the contractors remember to crank them back up before moving trailers...lol
Not overly impressed with this unit. The tongue weight on the boat trailer is only about 1000 lbs, and it requires a significant amount of muscle to make this thing go up with that load. The other thing this unit did was the leg portion somehow turned within the shaft while cranking and got itself stuck offset of the slide detent. This would not allow the leg to be retracted without beating the crap out of it with a hammer to re-center the leg within the main shaft. I would hate to see what would happen to this thing with 5000 lbs on it.
I LAUNCH MY BOAT 2 TIMES A WEEK IN SALT WATER. THE JACK IS WORKING STELLER AFTER A YEAR . I HAVE A HEAVY GRADY WHITE. THE JACK THAT CAME FROM SCHOCK MARINE IN NEWPORT CA. FAILED AFTER ONE MONTH.
