Haven’t put it to use yet, but it feels solid, and the lock mechanism works smoothly. I don’t need super high security, as I only have my hitch installed when I’m actively towing, but it will give me extra peace of mind that I’m not going to have someone walk off with my Equalizer hitch.

Seems solid and quality. I thought it would be a snug fit, which I would have liked, on the B&W tow and stow 2.5", but there is some extra room (about and inch). It shouldn't be an issue.

I've had it installed on my PU hitch for about a year now. It is holding up well. I remove it about 3-4 times a year and so far it is still easily removed. Just rotate the key until it unlocks and comes loose. Will have to see if it holds up well for the long haul of several years.

I like it. The flats make it easy to turn the key without spinning the lock. I might like to add a spacer to take up the excess length. I'm using an Anderson hitch and after 1 season my old hitch pin showed a lot of wear. I'm hoping this one holds up better.

The coupler that came with our teardrop did the job, but getting hooked up and secure on the ball was a real pain that would take multiple attempts to reposition it before it dropped fully in place. I like the Demco eZ-latch. So much better. I uploaded 3 photos: 1) original coupler, 2) trailer frame with new holes drilled and old holes filled with Bondo, 3) Demco coupler in place. The changeover was very easy.

I used this to secure the 18 inch hitch receiver on my camper, because I definitely don't want anyone to get handsy with that. The lock works great!!

I love my lockable hitch pins. I have a small farm with lots of ball hitches and I wanted something that was strong enough, all my pins keyed alike. It’s wonderful to have one key for all the pins.

I bought this as a multi package with ball coupler locks all keyed alike. Glory be I don't have to fumble through countless keys trying to find the right one anymore! I used to avoid using locks if it was a short trip or just around the property, now it's always locked.

I actually called and left a message for Arthur. I want to order more stuff, but he hasn’t called me back. Problem is he didn’t listen to me on this order I like the items I got most of them have purchased in the past he sent them to me keyed alike but they were for the wrong key. They all need to come back. I’m waiting for him to call me.

I had to turn the top of the hitch receiver upside down so it wouldn't damage my rear camera. I am also hoping to add more holes on the kuat bottom of my bike rack so I don't extend out so much. After that, this configuration should work on my car. Finally. The product is fine, it' s just the configuration

This etrailer receiver lock has been on my Suburban trailer Hitch for approx. a year. Was in use while preparing to sell my boat. Just movements back and forth in the drive way is the only use it has. Had to cut off previous similar lock by another manufacture that had been on for at least 25 years.

Very nice design for a 2.5" Receiver. The key locks a threaded connection, not a gate type lock. My old Master Lock froze up terribly over time. I hope this will not, but time will tell. Looks good on my 2017 F250 Super Duty.

After having my last hitch stolen because I forgot to remove it I purchased this lock. It's a little awkward to unlock due to the configuration of my receiver but I don't have to remove it very often.

Before ordering the locking hitch pin online I spoke with etrailer customer service. Extremely helpful customer service. I ordered the product for a 2015 Tundra Platinum. Pin was oversized like I needed, and was not a problem. Put a couple of rubber washers on each side of the pin to help with the slack and noise caused by vibration. Works like a champ. Love the key system on this pin. I would recommend it for Tundra owners who have the oversized heavy duty factory hitch on their truck. Etrailer shipped the product very quickly and had excellent follow up communications after the sale. I would not hesitate to buy from etrailer again.

I ordered 4 locks keyed alike. When they arrived , only 3 of the 4 used the same key. I contacted etrailer and explained the problem to Carol. She addressed the issue immediately. A replacement lock, keyed like the 3 I had, arrived in a few days. This is why I deal with etrailer. They understand customer service and stand behind their products.

The key threads in the lock which is nice, but if you have the key on a key ring it will be tough to twist it. Good quality, you just need to understand that you will need room to thread the lock on.

One year update and the lock still functions like new. Granted, I never leave it in the truck when its not being used, so it hasnt seen much weather, but its worked flawlessly.
