Recommended Locking Hitch Pins Keyed Alike For Ford F-250 And Porsche Macan
Question:
I have two vehicles, an F250 and a Porsche Macan. The F250 needs a locking hitch pin that is a little over 3inch wide, and the Macan needs a locking hitch pin that is a little over 2.5inch wide. I want two locking hitch pins that are keyed alike. If both are 3.5inch that is fine, or if one is 3.5inch and the other is 3.0inch that is fine. But keyed alike is the preference. I spent quite a bit of time searching but couldnt figure it out, so I thought I would ask via email. Thanks, James

For keyed alike hitch pins that fit with both your F-250 and your Macan, I recommend the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock - Extra Long - Flush Design for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches # e98881. These can be keyed alike by selecting that in the drop box and then selecting the quantity you desire.
This locking pin is 5/8 inch diameter pin with an inside width of 3-5/8 inches inside width and overall length of 6-7/6 inches. This part is double chrome plated for maximum rust resistance and the covered key slot prevents corrosion.
