Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock - Extra Long - Flush Design for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches part # e98881 is the best option for the 2018 Toyota Tacoma with a factory hitch. The factory Toyota hitch receivers have thicker side walls which make using a standard 2" pin length impossible. The extra long design of the e98881 is what you need.
