Great the best ball hitch I have ever had.

After a lot of research and comparisons I called etrailer to see what they could do for me on the hitch I wanted. Katie D. was very good at answering my questions and the order process was seamless. Received notification on the order as well as shipment details to track the item.
What I like the most is the fact the lock is built in and the hitch looks great on the truck. Not only that it is solid and does not rattle.

Fits very loose in reciever and the pins are a neat design but are just barely long enough to hold hitch in reciever.. but gets the job done.244191

Excellent value for the price and great looking also. Works as advertised. This Is used for two different trailers , it’s so easy to adjust.
No worries about the hitch being taken off the truck. It’s locked on, you’ve got the key.
Also the pins fit the trucks receiver with no play. On hitches I have had with a separate pin and lock there has been enough play that after many miles the holes become elongated making for unsafe trailering. 600623

So far, so good. My 2018 Ram 2500 has a high-sitting bed, meaning the hitch sits much higher than my previous F250. The large drop really helped with towing a boat and keeping the weight distributed evenly. It shows no sign of aging or wear. I haven't towed anything other than my boat, so I haven't had to use the built-in scale beyond my initial set up for my boat. I'd buy it again.845970

says it's for a 2 1/2 inch class V receiver, but it fits very loosely into a class V hitch. Also there is a little slop from the adjustment on the ball and the shank itself. It's not bad but the tolerances should be better. Overall it's a heavy unit and the locks are very solid, I just expected a bit more for a $300 unit. 162891

I have this product on 2 of my trucks and I love them both!!! I have recommended this product to a bunch of my buddies and a 4x4 truck shop and they all love it!

I was under the impression this was a Class V hitch (that was the page I was on). This hitch is entirely too flimsy and rather than being for a 2.5" by 2.5" box has an adapter sleeve to make it fit the Class V receiver (it is 2" x 2"). I'd love to return it!!!!!154165

Just received my hitch. This is actually the 2nd one, of the exact same hitch. Hate to have had to spend the $ on it twice, but here's why the 1st didn't last. It's an AWESOME hitch! Looks great, versatile, and tough as stone. Tow my 21 foot wakeboard boat constantly with a lifted Silverado. Have pulled the skid steer several times with it also. Enclosed utility trailer (21 ft), no problem! Quick and easy to go from 2" to 2 5/16. LOVE the 2.5 receiver shank, no more sleeves!!! BUT, I live in snow country. If you use it in the winter, make sure to lube the mechanism's that move. After a few years, got really tough to actuate the locks, and finally the key lock broke. I'm sure if you squirt some WD40 in there, that won't be a problem. I just got lazy, and that's usually when you brake things lol! And it has a different tag on it than before. It used to be made by diversi tech. But I've looked at them side by side, they're the EXACT same hitch. Just must've gotten bought out by someone. But you'll love the hitch! People will check it out, and nobody can steal it! 615213

Super nice in every way. I had a Rapid Hitch previously which worked fine, but I needed a different size for the new truck. Love the polished finish, single key for adjustment & locking pin. Also, It is very nice that the locking pin is hidden inside.
