Does the Adapter Sleeve Bolt to the Shank on Diversi-Tech 2-1/2 Inch Adjustable Ball Mount

Older style diversi-tech 2inch shank hitches had an adjustment on it to tighten it to the receiver. Is there a 2.5inch shank hitch available with this adjuster? I really like how it reduces the slop...

The sleeve is secured to the shank of the Diversi-Tech ball mount # DTALBM7025 with an Allen head screw. I do believe that is what you are talking about. I have included a link to a video review of this ball mount for you.
