Nice looking product. I have every confidence it will work as advertised. Paid a little more $ but it’s made in the USA.
Works as described to soften the jostling as you go down the road. It made a noticeable improvement in noise as well as jerking of the truck back and forth. As always, eTrailer.com's service and shipping was outstanding.
I received my shipment on time and in good condition. The hitch and ball fit with the correct measurements I needed and looks to be built with high quality but I haven’t pulled my trailer with it yet to rate how it works. I hope to do that soon.
The cushioned ball mount looks very strong and will work to cut down the trailer
noise while towing. The 2" ball also looked very strong and well made. Looking
forward to many miles of trouble free towing.

Not that many non-adjustable option for a 12” drop and this one is the best! Love the cushion and it’s very strong. I put that to the test today when I got rear ended with it in the back of my truck. This thing saved the back of my Ram. Came right back to etrailer and ordered a new one!
Makes for a great hard-core dirt road set up with a 3000 pound trailer, in conjunction with the Curt rocker ball, Towing with an F150 over many miles of washboards, down through washes where the road was washed out, etc. Really makes for a gentler set up on the equipment in the trailer and the truck. Needed a large drop hitch to pull my car trailer. This item came quickly and worked perfectly.
Works great. Needed the drop to tow a utility trailer at level.
Very useful for adding tie down points. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the need to cut off the extra length and drill new holes farther up for the pins so the units fit better.
This extreme rise ball mount is what I need to make my passenger car into a back-up trailer puller. It is well built and has a welded strut to reinforce the long rise/drop ball mount. The "shock damper" feature is sure to help absorb the leverage movement that a rise/drop ball mount passes on to the hitch receiver itself.
My usage of your hitch is a bit unusual, I think. I pull a two ton roller with my Ram and I've used your cushioned hitch to smooth out the process. The roller Lunette just dropped over a 2" ball and then banged and jerked on the ball neck. Check out the photos for my adaptation.. I can flip it over and use the 2" ball!
