They have always had what I needed. Inexpensive and fast delivery. they are my 1st go to when looking for anything towing related. and again, the coupler I bought is well built and fits perfectly.

This trailer coupler was as good or better quality if design, features, and materials as the big stores, and is priced 25%-50% less. I highly recommend it.

Its working just fine. No complaint.
I have not installed it yet but it looks like a very good quality coupler. the construction is very sturdy, the thickness of the main stamping looks like 11 ga (1/8") that is much thicker then many couplers I have seen. the finish is smooth, and I did not find any burs of sharp edges anywhere. the latching mechanism worked smoothly, and appeared to lock securely. when opened the latching plate that closes against the trailer ball moved well away, this should help during coupling and uncoupling. I have had hitches in the past that were hard to put on because the latching plate would catch on the ball and get pushed up into the receiver, you would have to crank the trailer back up, preposition truck or trailer, and try again, what a pain. and this eventually causes damage to the latch. I anticipate good results.
I will try to give a follow up review after I install and use it a few times.
Works as intended
I bought the channel tongue trailer coupler because it was cheaper than the repair kit. I watch the video several times on how to take it apart and put it together. It worked perfectly on the old hitch. Good thing too because I didn’t measure the channel and got a 3” when I needed a 2-1/2”. So I have a spare 3” channel hitch just in case.

I put the coupler on the tongue of a garden type trailer. I have a ball on the back of my riding lawn mower for moving a kayak trailer and wanted to use the trailer with the lawn mover. It works great as expected.

The trailer coupler was exactly what I wanted I put it on there in less than 2 minutes it works great with my tow bar I am now able to manually pull my log splitter with ease thanks for your help Jessica B
Price was good. A little disappointed that safety pin was not included with hitch.
Had to re-use old chain and pin which meant drilling of hitch to attach.
Haven't had the opportunity to use all the parts ordered(doing 2 trailers at one time)but so far I am very pleased not only with the quality of the parts but also the timely fashion in which I received them. Thank you and I will be ordering again.
