The trailer coupler I purchased was easily installed. I bolted it to the tongue of my lawn trailer so I now can hitch the trailer to any of three (3) lawn tractors as well as my wife's golf cart to move dirt, rocks, mulch and plants around the ranch.

I purchased a pair of 4.80 x 12 trailer wheels and tires, and they are exactly what I hoped for to replace the 4.80 x 8's that were on the trailer. I do not currently have any miles on them yet, hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

I think the coupler should come with new hardware, the coupler was replaced for a reason one was rusted nuts and bolts. You should at least gave the buyer the opportunity to buy hardware at the time you add the item!

The part # CT-2001-Z is designed for a 2 inch wide channel and can be welded on. It's designed for a 1-7/8 inch ball as well.
