This coupler features a simple-to-use latching mechanism known as the eZ-Latch. With this mechanism, hooking up is as easy as dropping the coupler over your trailer hitch ball. The latch does not need to be tugged or manually activated to allow the ball into the coupler socket, nor does it have to be secured in place. Just make sure that the coupler is properly lined up with the ball when you lower it, and the rest is automatic. Disengaging the coupler is just as effortless. Simply lift up the handle and the coupler socket will automatically release its grip on the ball.
Unlike most couplers, which have a pin hole through the handle latch, the eZ-Latch coupler features a second pin hole through the side of the coupler itself. Inserting a coupler lock through either hole will keep the latch from lifting, preventing disconnect and theft.

Paired with a Fulton swing arm and it turned out perfect for my Nitro boat and the space issue I have.
The Demco Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - eZ-Latch - Zinc - 2" Ball - Bolt On - 10,000 lbs. was so simple to install, took 20 minutes at most to remove old coupler and install this one. The coupler appears to be rigid in design but will see how this holds up to a 20' airboat trailer.

Arrived on time. Appears to be well made and will be an excellent replacement.
I have not installed the parts yet, but the customer service from etrailer is superb! I would give 6 stars if it were possible.
The customer service is excellent. Great communication. Shipping took longer than expected, but once I got the coupler, it was easy to install and works great. I did add a little grease to the underside of the locking mechanism as it was dry and seemed like it would eventually start binding up. But that is regular maintenance stuff anyway so no big deal.

Great product. It's tough to find couplers with the 10,000 lbs load and a 2" ball but this product does exactly what I need.
First of I must say the customer service at etrailer was superb! It also arrived in two days. As for the coupler it was easy to install and I really like the quick couple feature on the Demco coupler. Have not pulled the trailer yet but it look like a well built quality hitch.
Product delivered very quickly. The coupler is as advertised, very heavy duty and well made. I will always use etrailer in the future. Their service is superb

it has worked very well. on a side note it save are family from injuries as we were rear ended and the hitch took the brunt of impact.

This trailer coupler is extremely stout for a 2" ball. It fit perfectly. The mounting holes lined up properly and in a matter of a few minutes my trailer was ready to be towed. Very please with this product for its quality and price.
Although I just received the trailer tongue. It can easily be seen its a quality hitch. Heavy Gauge Steel. The locking mechanism is interesting as you don't need to open the latch to drop your trailer on the ball. I'm excited to install it on my boat trailer.
Installed the electric over hydraulic unit as well as the HBA-CAM. Couldn't be happier

Every Trailer should have this trailer type of coupler. Simple and easy to use. Great product.
Very nice 10,000 lb coupler to bolt to my 3” square tube 1/4” wall
Superior to the Fulton it was replacing! The Easylatch design is much easier to hook up to as well!
