This repair kit will let you fix your etrailer or Ram 5,000 pound A-frame coupler with the trigger latch. This will contain everything you need to repair the coupler. That does not include the coupler housing. Again, this trigger latch repair kit is designed to fit the etrailer or Ram 5,000 pound A-frame couplers with the trigger latch for a two inch ball, and we do sell those separately. I have part numbers on those.
They're CA-5100-B, CA-5100-BLB, and CA-5100-Z. This repair kit will work on all three of those part numbers. But that should do it for the review on the Trigger Latch Repair Kit for etrailer and Ram A-Frame Couplers.

This was just what I needed. The coupler on my new trailer did not work correctly. The dealer replaced the latch mechanism with a 2000 pound assembly that did not lock on my hitch ball. I decided to resolve the issue myself and found this on etrailer. It works great by securing my trailer to the hitch ball.

Great replacement coupler
I ordered this part because I only needed these parts and not the whole hitch. The parts were identical to the parts that was broken. I did a search on the web for the parts and these were the cheapest. I am glad I ordered them.
hooked my trailer hitch with a tractor wheel and broke it. ordered this repair kit and received it in the mail in a couple days. took about ten minutes to install and it works perfectly.
