Today, we're going to take a look at the Taylor Made Stainless Steel Mounting Socket for a half inch diameter flagpole. Now this flagpole socket will mount onto your boat's railing to hold your flagpole. Now the flagpole we do sell separately on our website. This will hold the boats flag perpendicular to the railing. It is a rust-proof, stainless steel construction, can handle fresh water and salt water. And you can see it has a nice high polish to it.Application, again, it's designed to fit seven eighths inch to one inch diameter horizontal rails.
If you notice, it does include this rubber liner on it, so when you do install it, it protects the rail from any damage. And again, it holds half inch diameter flagpoles. So you can see on the side here, this knurled screw, you just open it up. That'll allow you to put your flag pole in there, tighten that knurled screw down and it'll hold the flagpole in place.And right down here as an Allen screw. So if you just loosen that Allen screw and pull it out, you can see that this is hinged so it will open up.
There's your rubber liner. Just put that around your horizontal rail, close it back up, put your screw back in there, and then just tighten it all the way down to hold it into place.But that should do it for the review on the Taylor Made Stainless Steel Mounting Socket for the half inch diameter flagpole.
