Today we're going to take a look at the replacement gusset plate for the Swagman XTC two-two-bike platform rack. Now this is designed to work on the Swagman XTC two-two-bike platform rack that fits one and a quarter inch and two inch trailer hitches. Part number on that bike rack is S64670, and we do sell that bike rack separately on our website. This part is just for the replacement gusset. This will replace the gusset plate on that SXT two-bike platform rack. Basically, the receiver bar portion of that bike rack will slide right in here and bolt to this.
Then the gusset plate is what'll support the upright arm and the wheel loop arm, side arms that come out the side. Now the hardware is not included, but that should do it for the review on the replacement gusset plate for the Swagman XTC two-two-bike platform rack.

Supports the the upright mast and side arms of the rack.The gusset plate was the correct replacement part. It was easy to replace (the original broke where it was bolted on). It arrived quickly without any issues. The previous time I tried to order it, it was not in stock and was repeatedly delayed. It took about three months for it to come in and by then they needed to re-authorize the credit card. I was unable to contact them in time and the order was canceled. This time it went very well and I was kept updated along the way.

My car got rear-ended and my bike rack took the hit. (Fortunately the bike wasn't on the rack at the time...) I was glad to see etrailer.com had replacement parts for a Swagman XTC-2, which I had originally purchased from them several years ago. I ordered the P326 gusset plate and the P316 shank, and they arrived quickly (along with the cool retro basket S90004 that I couldn't resist!). This was a unique find...I have swagman hitch mounted bike rack. I was able to use the part to fabricate a custom mount for my RV. Have made several purchases from etrailer, always great service.
Was very easy to find my replacement parts on etrailer website, my mistake was forgetting to take off my bike rack while driving through the car wash.
This was an exact patch to the original for my Swagman Bike rack.

This product has worked out very well. Being able to get this part saved me from having to buy a whole new rack. Only time will tell if it holds up better than the original. I am happy with it know.
