Today we're going to take a look at the replacement pin and tether for Swagman XC and XTC Series Bike Carriers. Now you can use this part to replace a lost or broken lynch pin and tether for your Swagman XC or XTC Series platform style bike racks.This lynch pin attaches to the baseplate of your bike rack with this tether and allows you to secure the upright arm or side arm in place on your bike rack, again the application for this is the Swagman XC and XTC Bike Carriers, part number S64650, S64670, and S64665. All three of those bike carriers we do sell separate on our website.Now, one note, this will also fit the older model Swagman Cross Country Series Bike Racks.But that should do it for the review on the replacement pin and tether for Swagman XC and XTC Series Bike Carriers.

Quick delivery. Love the finish on the pins. Maybe they won't rust like the originals. Makes the bike rack on our RV look good again and easy to swing the arms up and down for storage.

Still havent rusted after a year.
I received just what I ordered. I was able to find my part on their web site and was able to get the exact part that I needed. This pin held my bike racks stabilizer erect.
I had lost the old one and had to have this to steady my bikes. Received the pat in about 5 days. I would definitely order from them again.

Works just like the original one that it replaced.
I have gotten replacement parts for my Swagman bike rack three different times now from etrailer.com. Every time I have received the correct part by mail very quickly and every part is still in good shape on my bike rack. Etrailer.com is great at what they do!
this is the place to go to if there's anything - trailer hitch and trailer parts, automotive, bike accessories, campers, and if you have any questions just give them a call, they have experts ready & willing to help you find whatever it is you need. I called and asked Greg S a question about a small part on my swagman bike rack, he checked (video) and found what I needed and took down info and all that took about 10-15 minutes and then sent me an email about when i could expect it, tracking number etc..2 days later I received another email telling me he saw that it had been delivered. *** done deal from start to finish. etrailer will definitely be my go to place to check first

I've owned a Swagman XTC bike rack for several years. I'm hard on it - I four-wheel into the high country, the desert, and the snow carrying my bikes. As parts wear, ETrailer allows me to replace them without replacing the whole rack. I've made several purchases from them, and they are always very communicative and helpful. They don't make much money off me, but they are still very helpful.

I am impressed by the quick delivery and follow-up by etrailer. The item I ordered is an easy replacement for the original pin whose tether broke after years of use. Replacing the pin and installing the tether was an easy operation. This is the second time I have ordered Swagman parts from etrailer, and I highly recommend the bike rack and the excellent customer service.
Hard to find part for our bike rack. Thrilled etrailer had it, shipped quickly as well.

its been a year now and its still look like the same.still holding up.very solid product..
I needed a few spare parts for the bike rack I bought a couple of years ago. The etrailer web site was easy to navigate to find what I wanted.
Shipping was amazingly quick. I place my order in the morning and that afternoon rec'd an email that the items were being shipped. The package arrive two days later. Excellent service!

I replaced the original pin and tether on my Swagman rack - the old one just wore out. It is better than the old one, and does the job. We have enjoyed our rack for years, and with a few replacements parts, we will enjoy it for many more years to come.
This part wore out on my bike rack, and this replacement worked perfectly. Much happier to be able to get parts like this vs. sending the whole bike rack to the landfills.
I think they should have made the pins out of stainless steel they have become very rusty. The entire bike rack is rusty. Needs to be made out of material that doesn't rust if possible
