Today we're going to take a look at the Replacement Horizontal Cross Bar for the Swagman XTC 2-Bike Rack for a quantity of one bar. Now this will replace the horizontal cross bar that's on your Swagman XTC 2-Platform Bike Rack. That bike rack is part number S64670 and we do sell that bike rack separately on our website. This is for a quantity of one cross bar. Now one bike rack will use two of these horizontal cross bars. They are a sturdy steel construction.
They have a nice black powder coat finish to them and basically this bar we'll install, it bolts to the center gusset plate right here with these two holes on the XTC 2-Bike Rack and allows the wheel hoops to slide horizontally to adjust to the wheel base of the bike that you're putting on the bike rack.A few dimensions on this: overall length is going to be right at 24 and five-eighths inches long, and this is going to be one and three sixteenths inches square, but that should do it for the review on the Replacement Horizontal Cross Bar for the Swagman XTC 2-Bike Rack for a quantity of one.

Good part good service still in use
Great to find a product that has all the parts available for the Swagman XTC2 bike rack. I called etrailer.com and talked to an extremely helpful and knowledgeable person about my order for the horizontal I received notice on Monday afternoon the order had been shipped and I received the part on Wednesday. I found this company a great place to deal with and the parts are of quality. The Swagman XTC2 bike rack is an excellent product and would recommend the product to anyone in need of a bike rack. Great people to deal with.
I had backed into a utility pole (No I was not drunk. Just didn't see it. Which i suppose makes me seem REALLY unobservant, but...), and not only bent the back tire of my bike, but also the right bar of my bike rack. I assumed that I would have to buy another rack, but after searching, I found that I could simply purchase a replacement bar from etrailer. It took a while to get to me, but it fit perfectly, and the bike rack is as good as new (other than a few scratches).

Had to replace this bar following a slight accident backing up the vehicle on which the full bike rack is installed. The rack held up very well, all things considered. Just had to replace two pieces, which was the more economical choice vs buying a whole new rack. Have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. Shipping expedient, customer service on the ball with excellent follow up without being prodded. The item is exactly as explained and was very easy to install-- only took a few minutes to get the bike rack back to new condition. I will copy this exact review for part # P318 that also needed replacement related to this repair. Don't hesitate to buy from or deal with this company!

The product is working excellent. Again in today world with all the products out there that in a lot of cases are not more than junk it feels great to buy a product that works, keeps on working, and the people who make the product have a great sense of pride in their product and respect the buyer.
