Replace the outer left or inner right wheel tray of your Swagman Quad 2+2 bike rack with this equivalent part.The product appears it will work however it does not slide on easily on the bike rack. Requires hammering. appears the Square hole which is to slide over the tubing of the rack it’s about a 30 second too small. of an inch too small.

Thank you for sending the pictures that I asked for. I did reach out to Swagman and they had a few additional questions. They wanted to know which model bike rack do you have? If you have the set screws in on the bars? Would you be able to send a few more pictures like the underside of the rack and a few more of the shim that slides onto the horizontal bar?
The one I ordered to complete the set.

The part arrived yesterday. The box was quite damaged. It may have been inspected at the Canadian border. I did not receive notification of the date item was shipped.Happy with the tire holder on my bike rack. Would happily use your company again.

I wanted to ask you a few follow up questions on your experience with the wheel trays. What is the model name of the bike rack that you have. Would you be able to send a picture of the bars that the trays are installed on - to show how tight it is?
