Replacement Rubber Strap for Wheel Hoop on Swagman XTC Series Bike Carriers

I received the Swagman straps within 6 days of me ordering them. Customer service was very helpful. Straps are of premium rubber, easy to attach to my Swagman bike rack. They provide superb bike stability.563550

These straps were purchased for a bike carrier I am making, not replacing an OE item. Strap serves same purpose. It stretches too easily and the mount hole distorts quickly with very little pull. I thought they would be stiffer1607249

A year in, the part has been great - it looks and performs like new, even after being exposed to the elements all year long. Great product and excellent customer service.

Straps still performing perfectly btw theyve already lasted TWICE as long as the originals with no sign of fatigue. Quite honestly I now expect the straps to outlive the rest of the shoes!

Lost a hook prior to one of the straps breaking after years of consist use. The hook was my fault, left it on the car bumper after removing the bikes. With both purchases etrailer was easy to use in finding the exact replacement parts at a reasonable price, shipping was quick and delivered on time. Was not sure about the bike rack when I purchased it given how affordable the swagman xtc-2 was, but after nearly seven years of steady use the rack is still going strong. 671488

Terrible overpriced bike carrier- used 1 time and asked if I could exchange for different type . I was told no because I had used it. So after a year it's rusted the parts don't stay together. Waste of money. I should have researched more retailers. I have purchased a different type and brand of bike hitch from a great online retailer. Who has a generous return/ exchange policy. 404981

Straps still strong and not torn after a year of hard use

The order was delivered as promised and in a timely manner. I already knew what the product was as it was a replacement. $5 each for a rubber strap plus shipping I thought was a bit pricey, but I needed it for the bike rack.
