Fit is perfect, order filled and shipped promptly, delivery was earlier than expected, in other words a perfect shopping experience!
The product was exactly as described, which will allow me to fab up what I need it to do, which is secure our e-bikes safely inside our enclosed trailer along with wheel chocks. This was also delivered exactly when etrailer said it would be. Keep up the the great service and solid product!
Does the job for a double homemade e-mountain bike rack. I appreciate Swagman makes parts available for diy projects. I think the price was good for some high quality components
All I ordered were replacement hooks for my Swagman cycle rack. (I forgot to bring my hooks from home to Florida.)
Swagman makes a great product and their replacement parts are also great.
...but etrailer is the star. Great people to deal with. They had the parts in stock and they processed and delivered them promptly. They also were the low bidder for these parts. My hat is off to them for a good job running their business with customer satisfaction as a main target.

Thanks for still having the parts I needed for a previously purchased bicycle hitch tha I had purched but lost in a move from Ohio to Mississippi.
My originals were damaged in a car wash. This replacement fit perfectly.

Great. Quick, as advetised.
We purchased the bike rack which came with the ratcheting hooks. The bike rack is awesome BTW. In the packing and moving, somehow the hooks have disappeared. The hooks are great and we also have the softride straps for added security.

The replacement hooks fit perfectly to my old Swagman bike rack. Highly recommend.
Product does what it is designed to do. No issues.
I needed 2 long hooks to allow proper loading of my bicycles. This makes my bike rack work perfectly. Etrailer is a great resource for all towing needs!
The Hook set to replace my 10+ year old lost ratcheting hook arrived much earlier than I expected. It turns out that the new design is a better design than the old ones. However, because of the deeply recessed location of the hitch on my odyssey and the styles of bikes I own, I can't use both of them on this car. However, until I change cars, I can function perfectly with one of the old hooks along with the replacement. I will deal with e-trailer again for my towing needs.

They worked well for a replacement of the original part
I lost my Swagman bike rack hold-down brackets and was really pleased that it was possible to buy replacements without buying a whole rack. The hold-down brackets supplied by e-trailer fit perfectly and hold my bikes securely. No need to worry that the bikes are loose at the back of my trailer while I am travelling, which I do a lot.

The angle of the small hook works great on a 24 inch girl's bike. I also used the small hook from the original set for the other 24 inch girl's bike.
Exactly what was needed. Very rugged, durable. I received my swagman bike carrier as a used gift, did not have the original top hook clamps. I’ve installed these guys & feel very confident that my mnt bikes are not gonna fall off the back when i’m in the mountains driving. As far as service, i got at least 6 emails telling they had it, they shipped it, it’s confirmed at my house, & did you get it? I will look to these guys next time i need something they have.

Just used the product the other day taking the bikes out, still working great. Clamps are still clamping strongly & have not worn out yet after a year!
This was a replacement for the original Swagman equipment and I liked this one even better. I found that I could slide the hooks up and down much easier than the original equipment.
I am well satisfied with replacement ratcheting hook set for my Swagman bike rack. Bikes are easy to load and unload.I have used this rack for three years and have had no problems. Also thanks for the quick delivery time and tracking info.

I haul my bike once or twice a week and the hooks continue to cinch like new. A year later, stand by my 5 star rating.
