  The best way to test this out is by applying 12V power to the motor directly so you can see if it operates correctly outside of the control module (see attached). If everything works properly when you've bypassed the control module then you'll need to replace that with part # LC334850, otherwise the issue would be the motor which you can replace with part # LC183058.

  To begin you will want to begin testing the different circuits of the Step Control Module # LC334850. The brown wire goes to the door switch to tell the steps when to open and close. The yellow wire runs to an ignition switch so that the steps know to retract when the ignition is on and the door closes regardless if it has been switched to remain open.   Typically when you hear the clicking sound it is the motor # LC183058 or possibly the control module # LC334850. Since you have replaced these and the sensor # LC301694 the only other possibility is the wiring. Check your ground and make sure it is secure and undamaged. If it isn't the ground it is the power which you can check with a circuit tester like # PTW2993. It is possible there is a loose connection or the wire is damaged and needs to be repaired/replaced.
