Haven't installed the parts yet (it's Christmas day), but the parts arrived on Monday, well-packaged, and complete. Step motor, and motor-controller. Jon did his best to cross the original "Kwikee" part number for the motor to something having a metal worm-drive enclosure (and hopefully metal worm and gear too), but was only able to get me a "replacement" part. I tore apart the old one, and found the light-duty worm bound up on the nylon gear - and couldn't repair it. Parts from eTrailer were competitively priced (WAY better than Camping World), and the selection is outstanding - AND they have a much wider variety of parts...kind of a cross between Camping World and Northern Tools.

So far, so good. Steps operate just fine, and the install was easy - just a few in-line wire splices to make. E-trailer is always our first stop for anything RV-related.
Worked like it should on my 2002 42 series step since I chose just the module rather then the the module and extra wire plug it was necessary to use the motor plug from the old module and reverse the red and yellow wires. Minor modification to save $100.

Great only had to reverse motor wiring for proper operation

Great ! Even though we found out that we really didn’t need a new step motor, replacing it was good for future maintenance. Actually, some how the magnet on the door got displaced and that was all that was wrong !
Fit perfectly and worked perfectly. Fast shipping, as always.
Easy replacement. Remember to cut power to steps when installing.
