Slip-on rotor fits over your idler axle and is held on by the wheel and wheel bolts. Dacromet construction and vented design combine to form a long-lasting, superior-functioning rotor.

Boat trailer caliper was seized and causing the brakes to overheat. Headed over to etrailer.com since they seem to have the best part selection and easiest website to navigate.
I purchased a caliper that came with pads pre-installed (https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Kodiak/KDBC225DAC.html) and a rotor (https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Kodiak/KR12D.html).
Installation went smoothly. I'll be back for the other side when it's time.

These rotors replaced an identical set from the OEM on a WESCO dual axle trailer. Unfortunately, my brake pads disintegrated and scored the rotors after two years of salt water use, but these rotors seem like great quality and were very easy to replace. I used anti-seize for this job. Highly recommended, especially if you dip them in salt water at all.

- Is There a Cross-Reference for a Kodiak 12" Trailer Brake RotorI don't think there is an automotive cross-reference for trailer brake rotors, it's usually just the brake pads. That said, I do think we have what you need in the Kodiak 12" Rotor part # KR12D or Kodiak 12" Hub and Rotor Assembly part # KHR12D.

view full answer... - Measurements of the Kodiak 12" Rotor Item # KR12DI went to the warehouse and took a couple of measurements of the Kodiak 12" Rotor item # KR12D. The thickness of the surface that touches the pad is 1/4" above the vents and it has a 1" thickness overall. The height of the rotor where the pad touches is 1-3/4". - Can I Use the Kodiak Rotor KR12D to Replace a Tie Down Engineering TDE46247 RotorTo replace the rotors of your disc brakes, the Kodiak # KR12D will work just fine as they are a standard 12-1/6" wide overall and have an inner diameter of 7-2/3" (where the hub sits). We don't have a dimensional drawing but as long as you've got a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern this rotor will work for you; this rotor is designed for 5200-lbs to 6000-lbs axles.

- Differences Between Combined Hub & Rotor and Separate Hub & Rotor BrakesThe only real difference between using an integrated hub/rotor combo and a separate hub and rotor combo is that if something happens to the rotor and or hub on the separate hub/rotor, you can just replace the damaged component and not the entire assembly. As long as the idler hub you have on your trailer now has a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern, then I recommend using the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2R526D. If you already have the calipers and mounting brackets then you can use part # KR12D...
