I live in Alaska and was recently pulling a very heavy 40 foot boat back from the states and had a brake seal failure in Billings, Montana. Of course no one there had the right part and we resorted to the internet. This being my first purchase, I was somewhat hesitant as I was stuck in a town unknown to me but really needed my trailer brakes to go thru the mountains. I called late one night and spoke to Cathy H. and ordered everything needed. The package arrived on time with everything we needed to repair the trailer! Service was very good but not excellent. When I ordered I was told I would receive by Fri. However, shortly after I received and email stating it was being delayed because it was not ready to ship. It actually arrived only one day late but it did cause concern on my part because I was leaving on Mon. Also, would really like to have etrailer post a video of how to install the kit.
