This boot is what'll help keep any dirt or debris or moisture from getting to your piston and your brake caliper.It is designed to fit the Kodiak calipers that are marked Kodiak 250. This was for a saltwater boat trailer. The fit & function was perfect.
Knowledgeable folks at etrailer who stock or can have shipped the correct part for me. This seal is kind of a pain to replace but not that difficult. I did it in a cold warehouse at about 25 degrees.
