Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Dutton-Lainson winch ratchet repair kit. Now this ratchet repair kit will allow you to repair a damaged ratchet that's on your Dutton-Lainson winch. And this kit here is designed to work on the wrench, winch models DL1800A, DL1802A, DL2000A, DL2102A, the DL 2500A, and the DL3200A. All of those manufactured after 1999. And as you can see, I laid out all the parts that are included.
Comes with the bolt right here, the spacer, the lever, the spring, the sleeve, and then the nut. And it does come with nice instructions that'll show you how this installs onto your winch. And these parts are made in the USA. But that should do it for the review on this Dutton-Lainson winch ratchet repair kit..

There really isn't much to say about the kit I ordered. Nothing exciting there. It was correct and true to the description. Etrailer.com is another story. My winch paw failed on a Sunday afternoon when I had a trip to Devils Lake ND leaving Wednesday. Etrailer had the part in stock and I actually got the shipping notification Sunday afternoon about an hour after I ordered it. Part was received by Tuesday at noon. Trailer is back up and I am leaving tomorrow for Devils Lake. Hopefully the Walleye fishing is as good as Etrailer.com's customer service. Thanks Etrailer. You saved my trip.

Product is working great. This was bought for replacement. The little spring that comes with was really hard to install, in fact, I installed the used one.
Excellent service. Ordered Parts on a Friday afternoon, parts delivered by Tuesday Morning. Very satisfied.
